Truly the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Overpowering scent of air freshener masking I don’t know what. I take negative reviews with a grain of salt, but I shouldn’t have for this one. Hairs in shower, dirty floor, what seems to be boogers on the wall. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price, but this place is the pits.

Crystal was awesome! Clean and quiet. Good location. Good spot for a good nights sleep. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Loved the casino just down the street. Easy in and out and plenty of parking. Coffee in the morning was tasty. Comfortable.

Motel6 in Rancho Mirage offers a good price/performance ratio for the Palm Springs area. The room was a typical motel6 room with no surprises. On request we got a room in the pool area, if you stay longer during this time there is no housekeeping but you can get everything you need in the office. The ladies there are nice and competent.

i was driving through to Az and was tired i wanted to rest so i found this motel on online reasonably priced and cute quiet location beautiful view of the mountains i might add.  the young lady at the front desk Salina was super friendly and very helpful she gave me info on a good place to eat which btw was amazing itlian place not to far from the hotel. she got me into a room right away the quickest check-in i have ever experinced  which is also a plus cuz i was really tired.  i would recommed this motel6 as its a hideaway

Being from the UK i stayed in this particular Motel for a night as i was travelling through while doing a tour of the USA. I found the room the i stayed in to be reasonable for the price with all things i needed but the main thing i noticed was the receptionist name Katrina was extremely friendly and accommodating to all my questions and enquires along with not making me wait too long to be able to get into my room itself which for me is something i prefer as i am not completely a people person and don't like to be waiting around for a long time to get things done.

One would think the location is perfect, unless you know that Motel 6 's are NEVER in a good location...A homeless man sat on the stairs outside my room and shouted for hours... Since I had to work the next day I was concerned and called the manager for help. She refused to intervene and said she could call the police...then she added.... "They will bang on my door at 2 in the morning...so do you want that?"  Sounded like she was threatening me that calling the cops was worse than putting up with it.  I was shocked at how I  was treated like the"  undesirable tenant " even though I was paying good money to stay there! They really need a rent a cop to just patrol the area so that guests are not forced to confront problems themselves.   As a female I am really uncomfortable at MOTEL 6 and incensed at the rip off rates!   These hotel rooms have terrible AC systems and old bathrooms.  Not really that clean. I hate Motel 6 and unfortunately have to stay there for business.

Homeless sleep right outside your room! Manager refused to help.

If you looking to stay in a motel that clearly is housing all the California indigents, this is your place.  Filthy and disgusting area.  People 24 hours a day wandering all around the property, some asking for money right in front of your room.  Even syringe caps in the common areas.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL

Loud noisy guests with music playing late into night.  People that stay here do not seem respectful of other guests on property.   Hard to sleep.  Dirty floors need to be swept and vacuumed.   Some rooms smelled like heavy smoke and had to move rooms a few times.  Staff was very accommodating and professional though but they said they could only call the police to address loud guests and could not do anything else.  Would not recommend.

I'm fairly easy to please when it comes to accomodations. I only require the basic amenities- nothing fancy. However this motel room was disappointing. There was no mini fridge, no coffee maker, no alarm clock, no safe, and worst of all *no free WiFi*!!! I can't believe that they make you buy a code just use their Wi-Fi. The condition of the room wasn't that great either.the thing that makes this even worse is the fact that I had to pay over double the rate than I had originally booked. I had a problem with my flight so I wouldn't be able to check in until the following morning. I spoke to customer service for the Motel 6 chain and I spoke to the registration person at the actual property. Even though I was assured that it would be fine for me to come a little late (especially since the room was already paid for in full), when I got to the property a different registration person said that my reservation have been cancelled and I had been charged a cancellation fee. They said they still had rooms available but it was now twice as much as what I was paying originally. With no place to go I had to pay it. I ended up paying over $181/night for a Motel 6!!! Paying a premium price for a substandard room.

My son and stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family. The first thing my son noticed was garbage under my bed. I also found a small marijuana roach in a door jam. The area behind the night stand hadn't been swept in a while and there was blood on a sheet. I would have found another motel but someone had all ready paid for it.
