Location is perfect but one of the maintenance lady's  caught me smoking what I thought was the smoking area behind the blue dumpster.  No she told me the other side of the dumpster. About 15 5 gallon buckets, pallets, trash no place to put your butts in which I showed her mine in my pack. There was scaffolds where the handicapped parking was (no work going on in this area), piles of metal framing maybe near the lounging area. Before you need to make rules for your guest I belive you need to spiff the place up a bit. I could understand if it was a business like your neighbor but I would give you a one star rating. The rooms were so small and definitely not comfortable for more than 2 people. We arrived on a Sunday and the first flush of the toilet, it ran the whole entire time we were there! No sleeping at night! I'm talking a solid flush, non stop! We emailed maintenance twice with no luck. The floors were nasty!!! When you walked from the door to the bathroom your feet felt filthy. Pulled out broom and mop and as you can see in photos what they clean with. So even though we were charged a cleaning fee it was dirty and I was the one who cleaned it. Had to wash towels because we couldn't get more from office. Pool water was so cold you couldn't swim. We had to look at it as a camping trip and laugh to get thru the week. Enjoy the pics!

Never rent from Vacasa. Fontainebleau Terrace 

1. Air conditioner broke day-2, it was cool but never cold I’m sure it wasn’t work before we got there day 5 they say the unit needs replacing… no air for our trip only a fan.

2. No parking passes, threat of towing. Finally got one on day2. There is no where near enough parking on site or off site, you take your chances if you give up your parking space to go eat or whatever. Nearest place to park without the threat of being towed is 5 miles away.

3.  Low water pressure.

4. This one is the worst… we are on the 6th floor, the elevator is broke….hope you are in really good shape.

I’ve rented here before different unit but it was Vacasa as well and no issues that why we came back but never ever again!

Vacation from Hell

I miss it already. Clean with a jacuzzi tub, large tv and nice leather sofa, it had everything i need. The beach was gated off for privacy and large extended beach seemed to go on forever with no buildings. I loved the outdoor pool right next to the beach.

This room is next to the very noisy elevator. Couldnt get much rest because of the noise.
Other than that, the room was comfy and clean. Easy access to the beach. 
They have a place to grill and sit on the patio and enjoy the scenery.

Dont stay in room 310

My best friend and I booked this vacation to Panama City Beach and decided Fontainebleau looks nice and beachy. We walking up to our room on the third floor first thing we noticed were people smoking pot two doors down from us then we went into our room and it was not what we had expected at all. The curtains were mixed match there was mold on the ceiling above my bed my mattress was so hard I couldn't sleep on it,  the water in the bathtub ran all night the refrigerator was dirty and Rusty and the experience for the one night that we stayed there was horrible. Called vacasa and complain to them about the bedding being dirty they were supposed to have come and changed it that next day they did not they also promised to pay me $25 refund for the inconvenience of the bedding have never received that. They also offered to refund all my money but on that short of notice we could not find anywhere to stay until the next evening. We vacated the room which was very inconvenient for us to go stay at a different Hotel. I have since tried to reach out to a girl named Danielle who did give me all the information I needed the day before arrival and she has not gotten back with me. So disappointing. Will never go through vacasa again. The only good thing about this hotel was it was right on the beach. There was no way we were going to stay for four nights there

Old and run down

This is an older apartment building with some gems rentals.  HOWEVER, you must know the number and the individual owners name.  DO NOT rent #602- nasty dirty and smells of smoke even though no smoking is allowed in unit.  AND the owner Nichole doesn’t want you to lower the air conditioner below 68 degs. He states it will freeze up.  My husband had to fix the door lock twice in our 2 night stay.  This was a fixer uppers 20 years ago and now is almost a disaster waiting to happen. There is NO DOOR from the bathroom to bedroom/living space.  The beds feel like you are sleeping on the box spring.  The TV has terrible quality viewing.  
Yet, the rooms on either side of this room were updated and clean and the same price!
The only reason I gave this a 2 star rating was location.  It was walkable go enough of the strip

And that title is being nice. This place is one of those sad, dilapidated and grossly in need of repair beach hotels that wreaks of mildew, Fabuloso and stale laundry. This was pawned off on us by the individual condo owner who took advantage of our desire to want to have an extra two days to hopefully catch some beach time after missing out due to Hurricane Sandy. We barely stayed a day of two days paid for because it was beyond nasty.

The 80's called and want their room back

these are individually  owned condos. ours was rm 213 and was great. I thought the building was clean and saw staff working every day. large nine ft deep pool was wonderful. shady areas to sit and watch the beach if you want to keep out of the sun. elevator was a little slow but not terribly so. a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience was awesome. brought our own sheets and towels. no daily cleaning as this is now a condo.

Great Experience

The building is old and outdated.  The room had a hard bed with dangerous metal frame, and old outdated linen that smelled stale.  We found someone else’s clothing in the room when we entered.  There was trash, dirt and debris above the cabinets.  Someone else’s hair everywhere, during covid-19.  Large gaps in the blinds prevent privacy allowing others to see into your room.  The smell of smoke on a non smoking facility is everywhere along with cigarette butts on the ground.  The elevator was scary.  Riding it to the second floor with it bucking and jumping is only the beginning.  Lots of cracks in the concrete for sidewalks and stairs with dim lighting at night.  Parking is limited and covered parking is available for about 10 cars.  Broken pavement makes parking a challenge in a car and risky on a motorcycle.  Air BNB is how we booked it and the price we paid should have gotten us a 5 star Hotel with all the trimmings. We really felt ripped off. It’s been more than 20 years since I have stayed in a motel so bad and hopefully never again.

2 star hotel

This unit was despicable. Upon entrance the smell of stale cigarette smoke would knock you down. I had a headache within the first 10 minutes. There was paint chipped everywhere, ceiling tiles were falling out, the floor was chipped. The baseboards were disgusting and stained. I didn't not even want to take my children or belongings in. I will never go back to this building. Not to mention the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling.
