The amount of incidentals hold does differ a bit depending on the guest preferences. If guests plan to use room charging throughout their stay, the front desk recommends a hold of USD 200.00 per night of the stay. If not, guests may specify a lower amount to the front desk at check-in; the minimum amount they require in order to authorize the card is USD 5.00.

The hotel restaurant will be undergoing renovations from March 31 until end of August 2025. During this period, guests will still have access to several full-service dining options, including Jake’s American Bar, Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar, Bula Bar & Grille, and Tuk Tuk Market.

There may be occasional noise disruptions during the renovation, particularly due to structural work, drilling, and hammering. The majority of the work will take place from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM. However, there will be no visual impact as temporary walls will be installed to separate the work area.

The hotel assures guests that no hotel facilities or room categories will be unavailable due to the renovations. Guests wishing to cancel their bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy, which allows for cancellation up to five days before arrival without penalty. The impact on guests is expected to be minimal, with noise rated as 1 (minor impact) and dust rated as 1 (minor impact), while there will be no visual impact (0 rating).
