We stayed in this facility for six days in three people: excellent accommodation! Comfortable, large apartment, suitable even for more people, with parking at 10 dollars a day very close by. In a quiet area, a few hundred meters away from Ocean Drive, equipped with all the amenities, very clean. Absolutely to recommend, excellent quality price ratio. Also equipped with a watchdog we had the pleasure of meeting as soon as we arrived, he was very helpful, available and very kind.

If I could leave 0 star I would. 
Due to Hurricane Dorian threatening Florida our flight to Miami got cancelled. We tried to reach out to the accommodation and ask for a refund considering the situation. They ignored most of our calls, read our messages without replying and only dropped us a text to say they couldn't refund us. I wouldn't complain if we had cancelled for any other reason but clearly this hurricane was out of our control and the accommodation could have behaved in a more decent manner.

Extremely unprofessional

We stayed in this building for six days, excellent judgment. Very clean, spacious, we were in three but could be comfortably accommodated by another person. Very close to Ocean Drive and other attractions, in a beautiful tree-lined avenue, we only slept but, if we wanted, we could also cook. Booked via the Internet, we took possession of the house following the instructions that were given us, all right, Recommended for private parking too. All at a good quality price ratio. No other recommendation.

Comfortable accommodation

I just booked this hotel and have already had a frustrating experience. I filtered hotels that supposedly have free parking on south beach, because to me this is essential. Aside from the advertisement on TripAdvisor, as you can see on the printscreen, dozens of reviews reported the free parking. In addition, the reservation website I used also had several similar stories. I then had the unfortunate decision to choose this hotel to stay. At no time was the parking charge being described. In the email I received shortly after booking, the hotel informs that parking costs $ 17. When contacting the hotel, they inform you that the parking is not really free, and in addition they would not cancel my reservation for free because it is a reservation without refund in case of cancellation. Unfortunately, this hotel likes to treat guests like fools.

Escape from this deception!! No free parking as described!

The apartments are modern and have everything needed for a pleasant stadium, are comfortable and spacious, very good cleanliness and excellent location, close to the beach but quiet, very quiet area for sleeping!. Have the parking included in the fare! The neighborhood is safe to walk. To highlight Andrea's antenna, very professional and friendly!!! Price very accurate!

EXCELENTE OPCION IN South Beach is located on the South Beach.

We stayed seven nights in a large apartment a two-minute walk from all the main attractions in Miami Beach, the only problem being the parking lot because it was a very difficult time to find and very expensive, about 20 dollars a night.

That's great.

The apartment itself is nothing exceptional but has all the comforts, kitchen and umbrella and towels for the beach. It is owned by the comfort of the beds, the possibility of parking and the location a few steps from Occean drive.

Comfortable apartment

My husband and I stayed at 751 Meridian Apartments on our last visit to Miami. We like to stay places with a full kitchen so we can prep some of our own meals, etc.  We were very impressed by these apartments and would be happy to stay here again.
We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor which was very clean, quiet and spacious with everything you could possibly need.  The bed was very comfortable, but felt more like a double sized bed than a queen sized bed. The linens and pillows were high quality.  Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided. The A/C cooled off the apartment quickly in the hot weather. Very well maintained unit. 
The location was excellent!  Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Cheap uber to get to Brickell.
Easy check-in with lockbox outside unit.  Cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday.

Excellent Apartments

It was a great apartment. I would have given it 5 stars but the a/c was very noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Also, no washer and dryer in the apartment or on site. One night the neighboring apartment building on-site dryer was running until 11:30 pm. The apartment was clean, fantastic location, parking (free) on site. Shopping was very close (Publix) and it had 2 hours of free parking. I would recommend this place fully. Just fix the a/c noise. The price was perfect for what you get. Big bed, fold out sofa, large frig.  Would definitely recommend.

Great place with small defects

I stayed in one of the apartments for three nights. Apart from the amazing thing of finding the keys, the various codes, everything perfectly organized, the apartment was really delicious. The comfort was not lacking, only the air conditioner was a little noisy. We'll understand in the week where they didn't clean, but there were still 3 changes of towels, toilet paper and bathroom products. The fantastic location and parking is wonderful. They even leave you an umbrella and a napkin for the beach. I'd definitely come back. I'd recommend you.
