We were impressed with the fully equipped unit and the staff.   The outdoor pools and hot tubs were welcome in January.   We liked the indoor games room and outdoor mini putts.   Check In and Check Out were fast and friendly.

If you want to go to Disney this is a good location. But the floor in our unit was so dirty we had to wear shoes inside; they have 2 pools but they're way too small for the number of people; no maid service; they really push you to attend a sales presentation with very little incentive.

There were other negatives about the room but they were probably less important than these.

The bed was comfortable.

Great location for Disney but little else

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here.  2 bdrm + sofa apartment was FABULOUS -- clean, plenty of plug-ins, and a mood of high-end and happiness all around the resort.  Loved having the full kitchen and in-room laundry.  To top it off, there are tons of shops & restaurants nearby, including THE BEST FOOD TRUCK CAMPUS I've ever seen.  The best meal I've ever had.  I would love to stay here again.  Our stay was booked through the loyalty chain website and it didn't involve any time-share tour.  The front-desk process was a little unnerving because there were multiple people doting on me, made me a little nervous about what they expected from me.  But the rest of our stay was top-notch.  Only 1 thing could've been improved...  there were no elevators nearby.  We had to use the elevator of an adjacent bldg, then walk on the upper-level floor around to our building.  We would still stay here again.  It almost seemed too good to be true.  We loved the lanai which overlooked the miniature-golf course.  The resort has many other amenities which we simply didn't have time to explore.

SUPERB accomodations -- conveniences of home & city

Everything was good, bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well. Nice Gym, got to workout daily. Overall - it was a pretty good experience. We've stayed there a couple of times now and we would go back again

This resort was in a great location to restaurants, Disney, grocery stores and entertainment. Disappointed that only one pool was open which created crowding and difficulty finding lounge chairs at the one pool. Would have been nice if both pools were open during spring break as this is a very busy time. 
Also a lot of walking or stair climbing so if you are traveling with elderly family keep this in mind-
Overall nice resort with free miniature golf 

Very nice resort

Units are spacious and updated. There were a lot of daily activities for families. Pool area nice. Walking distance to cracker Barrel, Chili's and Macoroni Grill. Only downside is you must go through the usual timeshare pitch to get your key.

Spacious units , great location

Our room was more than comfortable and the separate bathroom vanity area from the toilet/shower made the morning very efficient.  Kitchen coffee kit was a small bag of real coffee so I could adjust it to my taste. Enjoyed my stay.  Would consider coming back. 

March family trip

Great location, great staff, great pool area, walking distance to Cracker Barrel. Minor glitch in bathroom fixed in minutes. Tickets for many attractions in the lobby
 Very clean grounds. I felt safe while walking about on the property

A week in the Sun

Extremely nice resort & well kept up - inside & out! When you needed something, they were very quick on getting it to you.  Loved doing zumba at the pool & listening to the steel drummer at the pool! The only problem we had is with the internet - sometimes good, & other times couldn't get on.

Loved activities at the pool & loved being in walking distance from Aldi's!

We've stayed here before and enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. We were reserved to stay again for just a couple nights. Like others have mentioned Endless Holidays called us the day of check in to try to move us to a less desirable resort in the area or another resort 45 minutes away. We cancelled and spent substantially more money getting a last minute reservation. I can't imagine if our plane hadn't already landed we arrived later in the day to a moved unit. Even though prior experiences were good I will not risk another reservation with Extra Holidays and I really want to warn people to stay way. Vacation time is too precious to have it ruined by their shady business practices. Since others have experienced this problem they obviously are way over booking.
