Quiet cozy stay, conveniently close to town. The office manager made check in super easy and had lots of helpful suggestions and answers to our questions about getting to local hikes. The room was exactly what we needed—highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for four nights during the New Year's break. It was a wonderful stay. The property is small and secluded, but it is near Estes Park and RMNP. The staff was really friendly and willing to assist even after hours. They even gave us their phone numbers in case we needed anything after hours. The room was spacious and had central heating, but there was also a gas fireplace that we enjoyed very much after a day of exploration. 

The TV was there, so you could log into your favorite app to watch whatever you wanted. I do not remember if they had cable or not. There was a sizeable fridge in the room, which was great since we brought some food for hikes. The bathroom was okay, and it served its purpose, as well as the microwave and coffee maker. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we will stay at this place again.

Great location and value

We had a disastrous booking situation at another resort in Estes Park. We looked for another availability in the area. Through Trip Advisor and their reviews we found 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River. After speaking with the friendly and accommodating owner, Jonathan, we booked the rest of our planned stay at this resort. Charming place, very cabin like on Fall River. We booked a queen suite with a real fireplace, firewood provided, and a private hot tub right outside our door, private to us. It had a small kitchen space with 2 burners, a small fridge and a microwave, all we needed. A grill was available in our area. The bath was recently upgraded and was very nice. The dressing/bath area was separated from the living space. We had a small dining area, a comfy couch, and a comfy queen bed. We had trees and space out our dining window. Jonathan was so nice to work with, and we were so thankful we found this place. It is near the Fall River entrance to the park and near downtown, a lovely location. It is nestled away from the highway. They had a camp fire area and a hot tub for the whole place also. Guests were actually burning a lovely bonfire Friday evening. It snowed, and was beautiful. We went into the park, ate at Bird and Jim restaurant ( highly recommend), cooked steaks on the grill one night, and ate at Twin Owls Steakhouse (lovely). We had breakfasts in our suite looking out on snow draped trees. It was all perfect, saved our get-away after the booking disaster.

Great location, close to RMNP, river flows in front, great atmosphere in room- elk and moose pix, wood burning fireplace, outdoorsy comforter and shower curtain.  A bit icy in parking lot and on stairs but December in Colorado.

Anniversary stay for 2 nights

It was a perfect room in a perfect setting. It was just a quick over night get away for us and our room really made it enjoyable. We both loved it!

I don’t know where to start! One of the best places we have ever stayed!! 

Location- Perfect location in Estes Park and Rocky Mountains! 
Room- Super Cosy, clean and warm! Perfect for what we needed it for! Fridge in the room too! 
Staff- They could not have been more helpful!! Super friendly! They gave us both trail and restaurant recommendations which we followed and turned out amazing!! 
Parking on site too, we always got a space with no issues! 
The hot tub is brilliant too! We went in for one night and just gazed at the beautiful stars! 

Highly recommend staying here! The most perfect stay to visit The Rocky Mountains! 
We will be visiting again! Thank you!

PERFECT LOCATION AND ROOMS

Great property and great staff! Loved the hot tub and wood burning fireplace.

The staff was welcoming and provided great information and ideas.  Do not trust your GPS, you will end up next door.  Our first floor room was comfortable and had some special additions like local coffee and treats.  Speaking of treats, The local cinnimon bun bakery is within walking distance.  Don’t miss it!  Always fun to see the  elk.  

Riversite lodge close to Town & Psrk

This spot is a dream for a quaint mountain getaway. Only minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, AND from the shopping centers… the location can’t be beat! Even better, it sits on a beautiful river and is peaceful and quiet. We had room 10, which was so perfect because it overlooked the river and the steps walked straight down to the hot tub. The hot tub was in working condition and we used it on the trip which felt great. They also had a fireplace that we enjoyed. Every staff member we interacted with was incredible. At check in, we were provided with tons of recommendations for exploring the area. Each day, there were fresh baked cookies at the front desk. The place is not huge like a hotel, which contributed to a cozy, comfortable feeling. They also had holiday lights up, which made the place come alive with beautiful energy at night. Not to mention, the price was absolutely unbeatable. We expected MUCH less for the price.. and our expectations were blown out of the water. This place does not disappoint!

Cozy and comfortable!  We really enjoyed our stay in the king suite. Will be back for sure!
