Holiday Inn Selma - Swancourt by IHG

Jasmine is so wonderful and Mark was so accommodating and understanding! Our car broke down 3 hours from home after a funeral. It was after 11pm and it had been a long day. We had our car towed to the Holiday Inn parking lot because it was right across the street from the car service place and we were pretty distraught since we had planned to be home that night and had only the clothes on our back having driven up just for the day. Jasmine set us up with a really nice room and toiletries (we didn’t have anything with us to spend the night and those toothbrushes and toothpaste/mouthwash and deodorant really helped when we were feeling down and out). She even found some phone chargers for us to borrow for the night and a really nice extra comforter which she brought to our room. The next day we had to wait until 4:30pm for our car to be fixed and Mark was so nice and helpful. He let us stay past check out time so we didn’t have to wait the whole time at the car place. He was really understanding and it meant so much to us. Honestly, sitting on the bed and watching TV while we were feeling sorry for ourselves while waiting for our minivan to be fixed was so much nicer than sitting in uncomfortable chairs for hours at the dealership. We are so grateful to Mark and Jasmine at the Holiday Inn in Selma. Thank you!
