I stayed at this hotel for my stay during business.   I have been very pleased with location, cleaning, Staff and etc. I would definitely stay here in future.  Due to pandemic break fast was grab and go, but they have nice set up, lobby and so on.

Best Hotel To Stay

They were great booked the day before arrival ask for early check in and got it. The room was very big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good location it was hard to decide where to eat there were so many nice eating place near by.

Great stop over

Came here to judge the KCBS Papa Joe's BBQ. Everything is mostly ok. The TV in the room didn't work because someone took the card out of the infinity box. Checking out the next morning, I tried to tell the guy about but had absolutely no interest in hearing what I had to say. Then found out there was no breakfast served here even though it was listed on the website.

Not bad then not good

The pictures are deceiving!! The man at the counter, Mike, gave us a smoking double room when we specifically booked a 1king. Also there is high prostitution in and out that hotel, drug addicts, and whatever else you can think of. When we got there, there was a man behind the hotel asleep in he parking lot. Please do not go!! It’s not even on a main road, it’s down a long alley way. Stay away!!

Incompetent staff.  Tried to book 4 rooms over the phone for my family visiting for Thanksgiving and the woman that answered the phone had to be either drunk or is a failure to school systems everywhere.

Got there after midnight, the sign was turned off and no one answered the phone for directions. It is not on a real street, more like a long driveway that passes another hotel. The room looked like it was used, I took pictures and complained to front desk but he said he was booked and no other rooms to use. Horrible service.

Go someplace else

THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. AVOID at all costs. We were going to be staying here for the 2018 Masters, and when we first arrived, the original room they checked us into wasn't available. We took the elevator up to the third floor, which was terrible, the elevator should be shut down, it sounds like it is going to break and we thought we were stuck on it. When we walked into the room they had JUST told us would be ours, the manager was laying on the ground fixing the A/C and told us that we couldn't stay in that room. They changed us to a different room, and upon inspection, I am 100% certain this place has had a bedbug issue. The entire hotel is pretty gross but we were willing to give it a try until we saw evidence of bedbugs. We quickly left the room and went to the front desk to try and cancel our stay and the staff was less than helpful. The manager lied to us about who he was, and would not just cancel our reservation. The transaction hadn't even posted yet, so he wouldn't have had to give us a refund, just cancel our stay. But he wouldn't even do that. We ended up staying at much nicer Holiday Inn.
