The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular the lovely lady in reception when we went. We have had a lovely weekend away to help us wedding plan. The breakfasts were lovely also, really hot and were quick to be served. 

I want to commend the staff at this Premier Inn, They were absolutely wonderful ! They were very very kind, caring and always available, nothing was too much trouble, but most of all a welcoming and friendly face to come back to after many trips backwards and forwards to the hospital over the road. I hope they get some sort of award for being so wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff on Reception and in the Restaurant. Room clean & tidy. Tea, coffee & milk readily available. Breakfast was lovely and having a Toby restaurant across the carpark for our evening meal was good. Highly recommend staying here.

Warm welcome at the front desk, simple check in process. Room was spotlessly clean and everything worked fine. I had to spend another £5 on the premium wifi as the standard service was too weak. Location was quiet even though my room overlooked the car park. I always get a good sleep at Premier and their beds are incredibly comfortable. Excellent full English breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at the Middlesbrough Central Premier Inn as we were visiting family and needed somewhere cost effective to stay. We were incredibly pleased with the quality of the hotel and the value for money it offered. The car park was free, the staff were friendly and the hotel clean. If we need to come back again we would definitely use this hotel. 

My family and I stayed at Premier Inn from the 26th December until the 28th. 
The hotel was very clean, fantastic service and I was very impressed with the breakfast. My son has Celiac disease and needs a completely gluten free diet. My son managed to have a cooked breakfast both mornings. The chef was very careful how he cooked away from anything contaminated with Gluten. 
During my stay I would like to give my thanks to Cath, Tracy and Shaun for looking after all our needs. 
I would 100% recommend this Premier Inn.

The hotel staff were very friendly,helpful and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for? I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again if I'm ever back in the area.

The staff were absolutely brilliant in the way that they looked after us from booking into our rooms to the minute we left. From the cleaning staff to the reception staff nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty to chose from and rooms clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its staff.

A great hotel with pleasant welcoming staff. Everyone was fantastic and nothing was to much of a problem. The room was very well presented and was clean. The setup of the hotel was good and was very pleased
