Stayed here for three nights at twixmas, enjoyed my time away, the company I met were very nice people, nice twenty minute walk into town along the seafront, restaurant staff work hard, trips out and driver were very good.

Rattling windows banging like someone was trying to get in my room 
Entertainment area cold even had our coats on 
Shower head was rubbish 
Food ok nothing had salt or sugar in though 
All reported but nothing was done 

Do t think we will be back

i booked the whole hotel for a military reunion on the friday and sat night.84 of us attended and it was one of the festive packages.i have to say a big thank you to samantha,sara,dave and everyone else who works there.nothing was a problem.food was very good,always hot .we will be back

We have recently returned from a 5 day trip with Alfa Travel to this hotel.  Although we paid a budget price our treatment at this hotel was far from that. The staff worked extremely hard and could not do enough for you.  I have mobility issues which I reported to the hotel and they gave us a room on the ground floor with a walk in shower so we had access everywhere with the lift to take us to the dining room.  There was a choice for every meal and you could find something to your taste easily.  Everywhere was clean and warm (sometimes a little too warm) and no matter what time of day you could always get a hot shower.  In the evening there was the inevitable bingo but it did not last long and the entertainment was enjoyable.  The bar staff in particular worked very hard and were always pleasant.  The hotel is on the front and the sea views are very good.  Our room looked to the front of the hotel and the downside was that this was the place the smokers stood so if you opened your window the smell came in  However we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. A really good holiday

My wife and I travelled with Alfa travel this week to Weston-super-Mare. We were very much looking forward to it. We arrived at the hotel and the manageress came on the coach to welcome us. She told us she had the area manager down there for the last few days but didn't say why they were there. We got to our room and later I wanted a shower , I ran the shower for a few minutes and it was still cold .After having a shower and shivering I told my wife and she said to tell them onreception. I told them on reception and they said they have been having trouble with the boiler for the last few days. Well cut a long story short we had no  hot water for the whole week. Alfa  did not know about this and somebody told them.The hotel eventually has to close down to get a new boiler put in. But we had to go home a day early. Disappointed. 

Worst holiday. 

The hotel has amazing views. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Beds are comfortable. My partner have stayed here several times I we love it. It's a beautiful walk to town. It's the perfect location for a hotel. Hoping t travel back soon.

Nice hotel entertainment very good great staff twixmas  coach from Stockport 2 people on coach was coughing all the way  there and back and dinner table no mask I think they had civic . me and my wife are now coughing you now who you are mother and son I think lady came to the back of bus if you have a cough stay at home with your cats thanks

Holiday

I came here with my friend for new year and if we had a problem with anything it was dealt with straight away.  The staff were so kind. My Friend fell down at 3 minutes to 12 ( no   she hadn't had one too many) and split her head open.  An ambulance was immediately called which took 5 hours to get to us. One of the staff who was off duty stayed with us the whole time.  Thank you LEE you were great. 
The food and entertainment were really good.  OK the hotel needs a lick of paint but were would you get service and kindness from else where. THANYOU ANCHOR HEAD.

Lovely kind staff

Stayed here twixmas 2022, very nice hotel, food good, waiting staff work hard, especially Donna and Adeena, free lunch and trips out were good, a good walk round at the back of the hotel, a touching artist impression of a little boy, all in all not bad.

Pleasant Stay

Great turkey tinsel short break .staff worked so hard . Alfa coach drivers are very friendly  good drivers And  helpful.  The four days went as advertised. No cold water to start as no notice to turn tap many times. Buffee was tasty and enjoyed very much BINGO. FANCY DRESS MUSIC .AND NEW COMPANY. Who i am meeting up with next year again ALFA TRAVEL. Turkey Tinsel.   Booked at hotel with ammount  back that helped to single booking. Won enough on bingo to cover  4 evenings bingo cost .  coach days out nice . Very hilly there . First near small shop on a hill. Saw beach from my window with winter december view.     lot of short breaks under £260  with all in .💘😘
