Holly couldn’t do enough for us, she made us welcome, sorted out room keys & gave parking advice, I hope PI appreciate what a gem they have working for them 🌟
I haven’t tried the food, the room was immaculate, no real ale 🍺 in bar only Doombar, a mass produced cask ale, not one I choose to drink,

Wonderful staff

Not enough bar staff on had to wait for over 20 minutes at one point.
Stayed for 3 nights with a baby not once was the bins emptied in the room so you can imagine dirty baby nappies in the room.
No car park apart from the 2 empty plots of land by the side of the hotel why do they not buy this land.
Good points room was nice and check in was easy.

Not the best premier inn I have stopped in

The reason for my mediocre score was that despite there being no smoking signs everywhere, the room definitely had a smell of smoking or Vaping covered up with some sort of room air freshener/spray which almost makes it worse !
Also, I dropped an item on the floor, when I bent down to pick it up, I noticed the carpet had lots of debris, hair etc and it just felt as though the room had a hoover run over the centre/main living area, but not around the edges!
Also the toilet seat hinges we broken or had come loose, therefore the seat was very unstable !
This is a shame as I have friends in Weston Super Mare and I/we have always used this hotel as a base, due to its great proximity to the beach and restaurants etc !
I might have to re-think where I stay in future ! Which is a shame because I love the location and the staff are super friendly

Conditions in the room were disappointing

Expected more. Regular trip for the Weston Super Half marathon so wanted to stay at a more central location this time. Paid £12 for 24 hours parking across the road from the PI. Paid extra for the better room, best thing about it was the high floor, nice and quiet and a sea view. 
Decided to eat in with the meal deal at the on-site Brewers Fayre for convenience, absolutely awful. Disgusting mixed grill, dry fish and chips, terrible desserts and had to pay extra for a zero % beer as not in the meal deal! - what's that about! Certainly won't be returning. It worked out more than a a B&B, so we'll do that next time. 
Have stayed and eaten at several Premier Inns and this has to be the most disappointing of all.

Disappointing

Excellent location. Seafront, hotel was clean and rooms were fabulous very clean fresh and a good size 
Coffee/tea in room 
Staff in restaurant was friendly and breakfast was very good and plentiful 
Would I stay again (this is my 2nd visit) 
So definitely yes

Seafront view

Fast check in with lovely staff. Haillie checked us in. Big comfy beds. Perfect location. It was our child's birthday and staff left a birthday message with some treats which was a beautiful surprise. 😍 

Birthday night away 

Lovely stay, room was clean and comfortable, and hotel is in close proximity to the main town centre! Staff were really friendly in the hotel and the restaurant, beth on the reception and martin in the restaurant were both extremely lovely, although all the staff were brilliant. Would recommend this hotel 

Highly recommended for beach trip 

Very pleased with our night at the Premier Inn ( sea front Western Super Mare)

Superbly positioned hotel , excellent value , clean comfortable room & friendly staff. Will certainly stay here again. The adjoining car park is very handy and easily accessed.

Pleasant stay in Western Super Mare

Booked for one night stay for 30th September and also for the additional 2 coked breakfasts.On arrival we were informed that there would be no cooked breakfast available only continental,I informed the receptionist that I didn't want the continental option so I'll just pay for the room only.I was then informed that this couldn't be done,as I'd booked for a cooked breakfast they could only take the original amount on my booking confirmation and they would refund me in about 7-14 days time,so basically I'm being asked to pay  £20 for a product that Premier Inn cannot provide,I pointed out that I require the £20 back as I've now got to go and buy breakfasts elsewhere,this was met with a response of "that's all I can do" from a very rude and completely unhelpful receptionist.So beware if you're making a booking with Premier Inn and are expecting a nice hot breakfast when you get there as it appears they can just change their minds as and well they feel like it.

Beware!

Very poor staff communication, staff were very young and not really interested in the guests, i was over charged and had to call guest services because the person booking me in could not be bothered to help me I’m still waiting for my refund . Nice rooms lovely location shame about service
