Property was exactly as described. Very responsive to email before the trip. Plenty of information given and it was accurate so gaining access to the apartment was very easy. Good location in the city centre. Has all the necessary amenities. Does what is says in the brief. Can’t say any more really! Would recommend. 

Group of 4. 2 adults, 2 children. Ideal accommodation.

Booked as an alternative to a hotel, in itself an alternative to staying with family as we wanted to not be disturbing people with overnight feeds etc of our newborn. 

This was ideal. Prices very competitive with hotels. Large sofa, full kitchen, smart TV, good WiFi, very large bedroom with a cot they supplied, and a decent bathroom. Everything was spotless and check-in was flawless - don’t worry about arriving late, you can just have an email with door codes and you’re sorted. 

One point others have made - the mattress was a bit hard but we both slept fine (baby aside!). 

Deposit refunded on day of check-out. 

Centrally located and near parking, good coffee shop just downstairs too! Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect with our baby

One room wasn't made up on arrival, but that was very quickly remedied by the very friendly and helpful lady in reception. It really could have been cleaner - a number of cobwebs and carpet in bedrooms not clean.  had everything you'd need in terms of facilities for a short overnight or weekend stay. 

IF I COULD OFFER THIS PLACE ONE BIT OF CONSTRUCTIVE ADVICE - ITS GET NEW AND SOFTER MATTRESSES FOR ALL THE BEDS.  

in our apartment everyone (4 adults and two kids, 10 and 7) all complained of how hard they were and the lack of sleep and waking with bad backs.

the entrance to the apartments really lets it down too - feel like you are walking into a 1970's rough council estate block.

Close to city centre and plenty of shops / restaurants nearby.

OK for a short overnight stay but beds TOO HARD

We stayed over a long weekend while visiting Sheffield for a blues festival.  It's a few minutes walk from the town and so very close to shops and places to eat, including a couple of cafes downstairs one of which did a really good cooked breakfast.  There were five of us staying, we had plenty of room and all amenities required. The beds were a little hard but I have a bad back so personally found this quite good but even so we all slept well and would recommend. There is also parking very close by which is very reasonable. 

Great place to stay and very central

Have to write a five star review as we have just had the best weekend and the staff here were fantastic and welcoming from the start. The location was so convenient for all the bars and areas we wanted to go to. There was more than one key for the apartment which was helpful in the evening when people came back at different times. Basically the apartment itself it was kitted out with all we needed such as there were lots of plugs and mirrors in handy places for getting ready, which when you are a big group of girls is essential. The showers are really nice and hot and the fridge and freezer were a great size for even a large group such as ours. The only uncomfortable thing for a few was that some of the beds were pretty hard but for the price I think it is exceptional value and it was only two nights.

Clean, well furnished apartment; warm, comfortable and as advertised. Lots of towels, linen hot water,well equipped kitchen.Friendly,helpful and welcoming staff.

I word of warning, well actually 3. Firstly there is no parking nearby, not even a place to drop anyone off so moving 4 adults and 3 under 6 was a slog.Luckily the weather was dry and sunny but in inclement weather you would be soaked by the time you got there. Secondly there is opposite some form of club with a loud sound system. Lastly there is a drain cover on the road outside which clunks very loudly every time a vehicle drives over it. Perhaps the council could be asked to fix this?

For people 'out on the town' this would be perfect. If you want to be guaranteed a good night's sleep perhaps a hotel with double glazing?

Good accommodation, some issues to address

Tidy, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. It was as descriped, and complementary tea, coffee and shower products as well. 

The office team, namely Amanda, is friendly and helpful, making our stay most welcoming.

I would definitely recommend staying here.
