Easy, friendly check I, comfey beds, perfect half way point for meeting friend. Nice walks nearby.
Excellent service at the pub restaurant, staff very professional, friendly and service was fantastic, food was delicious and hot.

Perfect

All I can say that was positive about staying here is the bed was comfortable and the Old Bell food is very good. Now the negatives. The reception are supposed to arrange the time you would like your breakfast the next morning but that didn't happen. Even when I went to ask for it to be arranged my reservation wasn't on the list. I was told it hadn't been added to the booking. This was every morning except the final day.  The bathroom was filthy, the basin plug hole had a stomach turning build up of some indescribable gung that made me feel sick every time I brushed my teeth. There were hairs on the surfaces and the shower tray leaks on the floor from the drain. This must have been leaking for some time because the floor was water damaged. The heater in the room was unbearably noisy, it sounds like someone is hitting it with a spanner all night every time it heats up and cools down. Unfortunately I am booked to stay again next week but I’m seriously thinking about cancelling and booking elsewhere. In my honest opinion it isn’t worth the money. Sorry Premier Inn but that is my honest opinion of my experience.

Wasn't clean and very unorganised 

We stay at Grazeley Green quite regularly to visit a work site near-by. It's a small thing, but the team always remember us and the warm welcome on arrival just adds that little extra. The team are great, and housekeeping always do a good job of presenting the rooms - we never have any complaints! The restaurant on site always has great food and is also very welcoming. It's just a great place to stay!

Good experience as always!

Bed comfortable, but bathroom dirty and a little dated. Also bathroom far too small. Bring your own toilet paper. No iron, limited tea and coffee and could hear noise next door. Breakfast at the adjacent pub not value for money. 

Bang average

Stayed here numerous times over last 6 years booking 3-4 rooms twice a year. Never had any issues however on my most recent trip the cleanliness of the property was very poor. General areas of the property, reception area, stairways and corridors not hoovered. One of our 3 rooms booked had not been serviced and bed not even made/changed. My friend from this room was moved to an accessible room on the ground floor and he had to go to reception next morning to get towels as there were none in that room. My room was stinking of damp/foosty smell that never went away throughout the stay. Bin in my room hadn’t been emptied either. Very poor in comparison to previous stays. 

Standards slipped

Remote but very likable hotel not far from junction 11 on the M4. All the better for being a bit different than average Premier, being in a rural location with excellent hostelry (the Old Bell) on site. Advise using the latter for satnav directions! 
Good food at the Bell, especially the great value breakfast.
Comfort, cleanliness and service right up there, just a pity the wifi reception is poor.
Would definitely stay again: Ideal stopoff when returning to Wales from London and compares well on cost.

A bit different.

Quiet location. Stayed here as I was passing by and had to take a break. Helpful and smiley staff, ready to help. Hotel didn’t have a lift, but it wasn’t an issue. Pub next door Old bell had limited seats and you have to make a booking. Breakfast was really good, yet again have to book a slot. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed.

Quick stop

Nice location, limited options to eat, Only one Pub walking distance 'Old Bell', Breakfast unlimited but served by Pub as plated, Receptionist (Madi) was great and chatty.  Room was clean but strange smell. Reported to Receptionist next day. Free  Parking.

Great for a short Stay.

Strong smell in the room of bleach and a sewer. Disruptive sleep due to uncomfortable bed. Staff were friendly however this did not fix or solve the issue. Unfortunately would not stay at this hotel again. 

Room review

It was a nice and comfy bed ,it looked nice ,maybe i will return there in the future ,the breakfast was nice and I would definately eat in the old Bell Inn again ,my daughters enjoyed there stay there .
