Location and suited purpose.
What was bad
No kettle or hot running water in kitchen or bathroom. Shower didnt get very hot either.
Would have been nice to know that the apartment was above a tube station that had trains constantly running throughout the night.

Good location; very close to tube and bus routes, and walking distance to key attractions.
What was bad
The service. Nobody there to manage check in, despite a promise that there would be someone in the office downstairs. I was stood out on the street for 40 minutes until I luckily found a mobile number online. Apparently I should have received door codes and instructions beforehand, but I didn’t. Once inside I had to climb five levels on a tight spiral stairc
