Everything was fine, stay was pleasant. It was a little bit warm, there was no air conditioning, however the desk fan in the room did the job. Would stay again.

Pleasant - little hot

Good breakfast & nice staff

We had a conference to attend for the weekend so handy to stay local not far to travel to and from. 

Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast good selection to choose from. Not impressed with WiFi and parking extras! A budget stay more expensive.

Pleasant

Usual offer from Travelodge - clean, good staff and secure car park but noisy due to main busy road. Local station was a train not a tube which led to late night transport problems.

Perfect area for our needs , the OVO arena, fab staff , comfy beds 💤 . Great all you can eat breakfast 😋

Perfect overnight stay

It was very nice to meet Millie & Niraj , they both were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble & very friendly. They both had very good knowledge about the area. The rooms & the bar is fantastic. Will definitely come here again when I am here next time , thanks

Best experience

Great hotel, decent sleep, clean and tidy. Customer service is always lovely too. 
Could do with ensuring all the heaters work regardless off the temperature outside. Although it's nearly summer, sometimes the rooms get a little cold in the evenings, so would be nice to be able to control the temperature ourselves.

The cafe food needs to be better. Service is fine, but the quality of food when needing snacks, desserts or sides is not great and is rather pricey for the quality received. For instance, the pancake stack looked amazing, but once I started eating it, it was getting cold and stodgy and very apparent that it wasn't freshly made, but likely a frozen version. 

Please could you review your menu again and the prices of food and soft drinks. 

Good to see kettles being descaled, it makes a huge difference when someone has traveled far and just needs a decent cuppa! 👍🏼

Great experience with minor improvements needed

Me and my dad went to the travellodge cricketwood and the staff were nothing but perfect, friendly and conversational, warm and welcome.happy to lend a hand  whenever necessary.especially Millie on the front desk getting mine and my dad room as fast as possible and Niraj on the bar being as hospitable as possible!

Amazing experience

Lovely quiet stay. Room was a good size and beds comfy. Breakfast was good for the price and unlimited! Staff really friendly especially Niraj and Miliee who were on at breakfast time when we visited. Hotel was very clean throughout. Only negative was the shower wasn't the best, cold then boiling then a trickle of water. 

Decent nights stay

Not too shabby of a hotel, the room was spacious (family room) one large bed and two singles with an ensuite bathroom, the shower/bath was a little small for my liking but very manageable. 

Clean and well maintained in the room, the view isn't the greatest from the back but beggars can't be choosers, semi quiet in the evening but a little noiser about 6am, again manageable and not too off putting. 

We only stopped one night due to having a concert at wembley arena, it's a short walk from the wilsden green tube (10 mins max) if you're fully able, the room was cheap and cheerful and far better than staying in the center of London where you'd be paying treble the price! 

The reception area was clean and the staff were very polite and attentive. 

We had breakfast in the morning and we were served by two lovely staff members Niraj and Miliee. 

Niraj was very attentive, friendly and gave a very smooth transaction, service with a smile and good at his job. 

Miliee, smiley and again attentive (very cute) 

Keep up the hard work guys and girls.
