Customer service was really good,and helpful, Terisa help us in different accasion in the previous stay in the previous hotel and in this hotel aswell. Despite my many question, been always available for any request.Thank you so much for the support that you give o us.

Excellent customer service

With the exception of Isabella, who was light in the darkness, the other staff I met including the manager were a disgrace. I booked a twin room (double with a pull out bed) I even showed the lady proof of my email. The 2 of them said no you have a double room only. I was staying with a friend and explained how I booked a double with an extra bed and am not prepared to share a bed with my friend. They refused to budge and fobbed me off. Only Isabella took my complaint seriously. I definitely won't be returning

Woeful

I had a one night stay at the Travelodge London Romford. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a lovely comfortable king size bed. Paid extra for the late checkout.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit Romford.

Very happy with my stay at the Travelodge London Romford

I had excellent stay have a good chat and laugh with Kamal and Ha and Umar and Roxanna I would recommend staying there family and friends and Umar is very pleasant like to have a laugh with the manager in the morning times and very clean rooms and comfy beds

Excellent stay

I had an enjoyable stay at Romford Central. The rooms were clean and the shower was great, Roxana on reception was really helpful and gave me some good advice about where to find something nice to eat. I will have no hesitation about booking again.

Great stay

It was really noisy outside of our room. As it was a warm night we wanted to keep the windows opened and it wasn’t possible. Even closing the windows wasn’t enough to stop the noise coming from people shouting outside. It was a really unpleasant!

It was too noisy, some machines work loudly , bathroom find hairs , so much soup , magnetic card didn’t work few times 

Cant recommend, too noise at night

An overnight stay to visit family. As always the service on the desk was very friendly and helpful the room was clean and quiet and I got a good nights sleep for not too painful a price. Thank you.

Convenient, clean and friendly.

This particular travel lodge hotel was very clean and attractive. I stayed in this travel lodge last year when I visited the UK in 2023. Roxanna was particularly nice, helpful and friendly; rendering support and advise when necessary. Travel lodge Romford St Edward's way is different from other lodge I have been. Won't mention names.

Great and repeat visits.

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Travelodge Romford. The management and staff were welcoming and very helpful with any inquiries I made. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a very convenient situation and I would recommend and look forward to staying again.
