No receptionist arrived. A phone number in case of absence but in vain no answer!!! An hour later we managed to call someone who finally handed us our keys in exchange for a 60-pound deposit. Very short apartment, uncomfortable bunk, unwashed and not very clean bathroom, dirty and deprived of everything (no microwave, unusable oven because stinky, not enough blankets for 4, a small pot and only 2 chairs). The only advantage is the metro station is nearby. Very quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre.

What to Avoid

On the weekend in London to celebrate my birthday we discover a rather shallow hotel although the staff is super nice and cautious we have had an apartment with a bedroom and living room for our girls kitchen more than short summary microwave dirty et fridge disgusting fortunately that we ate outdoors overall apart from the reception very nice to avoid...

Birthday

Apparently the room is clean and tidy, despite the warmth of a thousand. After I went to the bathroom, I noticed a terrible smell of cleaning chemicals mixed with other indescribable smells. After lying on my bed to watch TV, I was attacked by red spiders I had never seen before; fortunately there was another bed I used to sleep on. The only positive thing was the proximity to the Olympic Exhibitor Center.

When we arrived in the afternoon, we were 4 people, informing us that our apartment (50 sqm, 2 rooms, equipped kitchen, all amenities).... is not available, after discussing and begging the doorman not to leave us on the road, with a heavy rain, in the evening, after many hours they decide to offer us another facility in the area, 2 separate rooms (10 sqm scarce) in a wet and smelly basement.... given the time and weather conditions, after calling for a booking.

Cancelled apartment

Located 2 steps from Kensington Olympia Station which connects you quickly by train to Gatwick airport and 10 minutes' walk from Shepherd's Bush subway. Around you'll find everything, pharmacies, laundries, minimarket's, pubs and even a bus stop if you don't want to go 10 minutes' walk. The apartments are small, I had the right space to place my camera equipment, three legs, and move around. They're equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and several electric ones, and a discrete 24-inch LCD TV.

Just for work or weekend getaways, not for relaxation or family...!!!

I stayed in the apartment for 4 people with my family and we were very comfortable. The location is great, there are both subway and buses nearby. We arrived beyond the reception closing time, but the attendant was very kind and waited until midnight last night! He also helped us arrange an extra single bed. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was a little small but also clean, nothing to say! The area where the apartments are located is very quiet and elegant. I will definitely be back here for my next trip to London!!! Thanks to the receptionist, still very nice, friendly and available.

Apart from the pretty centtal layout and the quiet for an apartment on the garden the rest is horrible microwave hs unusable no flat 1 pot for 4 broken window sofa broken down bathroom more than dirty short see the eloquent photos a yes i forgot nobody on our arrival we were forced to call amazing....
