Terrible experience, scammers; they seem to have changed their name to get away from bad reviews.

The apartments are in a worn-down state.

Upon checking-in they took a deposit from me; despite multiple attempts they afterwards claimed they were unable to find the deposit in their system.

Scammers; stay away

It was a terrible experience. They paid for the accommodation 10 months in advance and I was canceled 8 days before I arrived without even giving me a reason. This complicates me enormously as I was already travelling. I tried to communicate with them and they did not reply to my emails. They noticed that they were not interested in their guests. They were hired through booking and I can also tell them that the booking attention in such situations leaves much to be desired. I wanted to offer accommodations in tremendous locations so as not to make him pay the refund of the original accommodation.

They have cancelled the reservation.

I stayed in this building with my husband and two boys aged 12 and 14, the apartment is not huge, but nothing made me think otherwise, the cleaning is desirable even if the sheets and towels were fresh from the laundry room, in the kitchen corner I think there was nothing missing, but we would only come back to wash and sleep, so it was in line with how much we spent! Ah I forgot very well located and quiet neighborhood!!!

It's a perfect weekend.

I stayed at Alexander Paddington Apartments for 2 nights with my niece, her friend and 2 sons. I booked through booking.com and paid a pretty good price.  As I booked a while ago and knew the train would arrive around 1130 I emailed and was informed that I would be able to leave my cases at the apartments to allow me to look around London. I arrived at the apartments from my train - arrival into Paddington was easy and mapping my route was easy and simple to get to the apartments.  
The apartment was easy to find and the entry was simple as I received all details by email. We were able to pop our cases into the apartment and leave them safely whilst the kind and helpful housekeeper cleaned the room.  The house keeper was helpful and very happy which was lovely to see and relaxing to know that the staff were at ease. The apartment was basic but enough for a base whilst in London.  The only downside was the roof window which made the sitting  room very warm..... The bedroom was lovely and comfortable; again downside was the heat even with Windows open. It was exceptionally warm not just in London but the UK around this time. There was a fan and AC unit provided but even with these on the sitting/sleeping area was not cool enough for my niece and her friend.  
The bathroom was just right and was comfortable enough to shower my 2 and 4 year old boys. 
Danny was great and contactable 24/7 - the WiFi wasn't connecting and I messaged Danny and got an almost immediate response.
Check out was easy enough - key on the table and close the door behind us.

2 night stay with Children

We stayed here for 1 night. Before arrival I received several messages from them about self check in.  I responded twice. When we arrived with some hassle we managed to get in. But what we found was not a pleasant surprise. The place was not well cleaned - for 20 GBP they charge as a cleaning fee! When I contacted the manager upon arrival about that, I was informed that my comment will be passed over to the cleaning staff - nothing was rectified. There are no chairs or a table in the apartment no 2. The bed is very uncomfortable. It was very hot in the room and the street was noisy. In the morning they started some construction works and the noise was not tolerable. You just feel like running away! Staying there felt like staying in a storage room. Also, no place to leave the luggage after check out. They tell you you can leave the luggage behind the curtain at the entry, but there was no space there! They keep their clean bed linen there. Moreover, it is not safe to leave the stuff there - they do not take over the responsibility for  luggage and we found the front door open once. Overall, a very bad experience. There are many other places to stay in Paddington, which are better value. Even the tax was not included in the quoted price, which is very unusual for Europe and UK. Be careful to check all pricing details before booking a non-refundable “deal”! Otherwise you are up for an unpleasant surprise of staying in an inferior place for an inflated price. 

A terrible experience

The accommodation is ideally located for visiting London. Close to all public transport and in a very dynamic area, Paddington railway station. Quality report price impeccable! The accommodation is quite small but we came there as a family (at 5) and were very comfortable because we only needed to sleep there. Only the bemool, the underworking bar that operates drills and hammers at 8:30 am! If I have to go back to London I will surely return to this apartment!

Very well placed!

I stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights and was very impressed. Fantastic value for money. 
The apartment was fully fitted out with kitchen appliances, fan, sofa bed, tv, storage cupboard, etc. Sofa bed was high quality. 

It is not an overly spacious apartment but we were really only there to sleep as we spent as much time as possible touring the city so this was not a problem. 

The 5 minute walk from Paddington tube is ideal for getting to the city centre attractions such as Tower of London, Westminster and the theatres.

Brilliant value

The apartment is small, but very complete. It is said to be for 4 people but for 3 it seems more suitable. It has no reception but the doors have codes and are given very precise instructions by email and Whatsup, so check-in is done without anyone's physical presence (but with the support phone in case of need). The cleaning of the apartment is not included. The internet is weak sometimes. The apartment is very functional and has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, oven, toaster mixer and laundry room. The location is excellent: served by 2 metro stations at about 300 meters, train and coach station. St Mary's Hospital at 200 meters. I have a supermarket, restaurants and a small bar.

Optimal quality to price ratio

The neighbourhood is lively and very pleasant (many shops and pubs). The accommodation is very safe (code at the entrance). It is also spacious (we were 2) and very well laid out. The hygiene is impeccable.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable apartment in a pleasant neighborhood.

It locates near paddington station. Entrance is very hard to be recognized. (See attached photo for your reference.) You have to climb up narrow stairs to carry your big luggages to your room, if you have. Staffs mail us very frequently to give us enough instruction to enter the room, that is very nice. Room is very small. Enough for 2 people, but very small for 4 people. Heater works okay, and wood floor is warm... nice for cold winter in England. Kitchen is not functional for cooking. Kitchenware had to be cleaned by ourselves because of residues. This place is very good choice if you understand the services offered and price you pay.
