The location was excellent. But the room was so small. The windows are unable to fully open. It was like a cage. Awfull experience. Never again. Although it gives you the impression that it is a hotel it is just a non serviced apartment.

A business trip to London

My girlfriend and I stayed from September 9th to 13th in a Standard apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment is quite good, except for a little dust on the threshold with the City Marque box. There is all the equipment: pots, backdrops, towels, microphones, boiler, refrigerator, wifi. Near the apartment there is the yellow, green subway and bus stop. In 15 minutes you are in the area of Tower Bridge and London Eye. Also the room is very quiet.

Central location and good cleaning.

A friend and I went to stay in the apartments early September.  They gave us the wrong pin to get into the place so we had to go across to the hotel across the road and ask could we ring customer service. 

After finally getting in with a new pin we went upstairs and entered the room. It was very small but we expected that since it was the cheapest they had. It was nice though. 

We were just sticking in our bags and then about to go off to see a musical at the west end, but when leaving we realised the door wouldn't lock. We tried everything but it just would not lock. We were stressed out and decided to ring customer service again. 

We were on the phone to customer service for a good 20 minutes they just kept telling us to pull the door closed or use the don to lick it, it wouldn't work at all...we even tried locking it from the inside and then seeing if I could open it which I could... So the lock was completely broken. 

We rang again complaining and our show was in half an hour at this stage so we were tight for time, a different lady answered and she was very helpful. We got a free upgrade to the nicest room they had for the 2 days we would be spending there and they apologised and said they would have somebody fix the door and it never happens! 

After the first day there was no problems whatsoever with the service. 

We had a nice time just a stressful first day

Stressful first evening!

We arrived at 11 am but couldn't enter until 3 pm without leaving our luggage.  When we phoned, no answer (e-mail only?!). This service could improve. I wrote an email regarding the lamp, nobody cared, so no lamp during a 5 day stay. Refreshing towels, cleaning of the room would be nice.  No door in the shower....

Nice location, small room, service could improve

My partner and I arrived late on Friday evening and stayed for 2 nights in Apt No.9, which was located 2 floors up. There is a small lift available and stairs. Received all the check-in information and had no problems using the computerised checkin system. 

The apartment itself was large, bright and airy with opening windows and climate controlled airconditioning. The bed was a small standard double and could have been a larger king size as there was space for it but the bed itself was extremely comfortable. 

There was a wardrobe, table, chairs plus an additional sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable to sit on. They would be better off installing a comfortable lounge instead of a cheap sofa bed. There was ample cupboard storage for luggage. 

The bathroom could have been better. The shower is poorly drained. The shower head is large and the hot water flows in about 10 seconds but it sprays water everywhere and a giant squeegee is supplied to push the remaining (cold) water back over your feet and down the drain which is quite annoying after your hot shower. There is no ventilation in the room so forget trying to shave after showering. 

The kitchen was basic but had the essentials, microwave, magnetic cook hob, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery but the absence of a dish cloth was really annoying. 

The apartment was quiet but great in a good location, just 5 min walk down the street to Earl's Court Tube station and the many shops surrounding it.

A fun week.

Stayed in a superior studio room. Very cramped. The photos aren't an accurate representation of what you get. Looked like the shower head had just been hammered into the ceiling in the bathroom and it sprayed in all directions with no pressure. Bathroom was soaked whenever it was used. The place hadn't been cleaned prior to entry. Floors were dirty. Two pillows had stains on them. The only bin was out on the balcony and it was was full of garbage from the previous guest. There was also a tarpaulin that was left out on the balcony for some reason. All in all, pretty bad, dirty experience. Glad it was only two nights. Close to the tube though.

Wouldn't stay again

Although the area is well connected, as are many other areas of London close to a metro station; the two rooms -not to be called an apartment with a space of barely 10 m2 - are of small size. A narrow entrance hall, with steps in one of the rooms, a small bathroom and the room of approximately 3,00 x 2,00 square meters. Between the feet of the bed and the wall a small cabinet in one of the rooms, and a mini kitchen in the other, kitchens without ventilation. It is not pleasant to sleep in the oil, but rather to grease, since we do not cook anything during our stay, we have mentioned from other previous posts.

Rooms of a diminutive size

- Floor dirty on arrival - Hair on the floor in the bathroom - Shower without flooding of the bathroom is not possible - The defective bathroom door is not repaired even after complaint - WiFi was good - Breakfast is not worth a cent - Location good

Housing with potential, cleanliness leaves to be desired

We stayed 2 nights (Wednesday + Thursday) in the Executive Studio. So the good points: - the apartment is clean, comfortable, well decorated, bright - the location/neighbourhood is ideal: but the subway right next door, a Sainsbury's closes at midnight, full of restaurants (for all tastes) all around I was very safe and quiet, very close museums and bus lines to all the unmissable places. - The wifi system worked very well - The first bathroom would have been very nice - But the TRES system would have been perfect, but for those who liked it, it would have been a good answer: I could not have answered my questions automatically until after a hard day to visit a city.
