Room was perfectly good and the breakfast was decent. Opposite a big Sainsbury's and there was paid parking next door. Unusually for a Premier Inn the staff weren't particularly helpful and they were noticeable by their absence at check-in most times we walked past.

Good hotel and decent breakfast

Okay hotel in the centre of Farnborough, fairly close to the railway and shopping opportinities. It's a bit worn out and cleaning could be better, but amazingly friendly staff. The tv in my room was unplugged, so instead of waiting for maintenance the next day, they switched me to another room with no hassle. The continental breakfast was quite disappointing.

The Premier Inn rooms are great for my family. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Though there weren't enough towels, cups or glasses for the 3 of us.
The Beefeater restaurant was a let down.
The evening meal was cold, the service was terrible and the steak pretty poor.

we stayed here as it was close to the function room for a family party and was reasonably priced. the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and comfy with all required amenities. i was concerned about the parking as it states no on site facility but the Sainsbury's overflow car park (£5.25 for the night) was behind the hotel, so not far to walk. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful - just make sure you book as it gets busy.

Friendly Staff, Lovely comfy rooms & a fab freshly cooked breakfast

Just a few minutes walk from the train station and close to McDonalds. There is a Sainsburys opposite and a good indoor shopping precinct. About a 15 min walk to the race. The room was great, a good size and comfortable beds. Check in was fast and continental breakfast very enjoyable. It was a very good value stay and we are keen to return next year.

Great choice for the Farnborough Winter Half Marathon

OK hotel no parking you have to use a public car park, Staff not at reception desk on arrival, have to ring a bell and someone eventually appears from the office. heating in room did not work at first always have to get staff to switch on at a control panel downstairs. Saving money on heating bills I suspect.

Restaurant extractor fan is very loud and causes some rooms to vibrate.

I asked to be moved but staff said there were no more rooms.

I asked for the fan to be turned off at 9.50 pm and it took about 30 minutes to stop.

Fan started again at 5.48am, persistent noise between 11 pm and 7 am is considered anti social.

Staff know about the problem and said other people complained about it but they keep putting guests in these rooms and blamed it on head office.

Did not stay overnight but went in to try out the breakfast for £9.50. On arrival the lady on duty was pleasant and welcoming, showing us to a table and detailing what was where. Surroundings and decor was modern and in good repair. Table was clean and laid before we sat down.
Waiter took our order and before we finished our bowl of cereal our hot breakfast items arrived, decent portion sizes and all hot. Only minor disappointment was the Bacon which did not taste of anything really. Tea and coffee fine and continental buffet items looked fresh and we'll presented. Dirty plates were promptly removed by attentive waiter and bill settled quickly. It does what it says on the tin - a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Very pleasant visit, good staff on duty - I will return. 

Surprisingly good experience

We always choose premier inn for short stays. You know exactly what you are getting. 
The hotel was lovely inside and out and in a great location. 
Comfy beds, quiet rooms and lovely food.
Don’t be put off by the lack of a car park. The sainsburys one is just over the road (50m) it’s £5 for the night and you book on horizons website.
I would definitely stay again

Fantastic premier inn

clean hotel and very friendly staff. ideal location for where I was hoping that evening. The room was very dark at night which I like but had the option for little lights. very quiet at night. overall good night sleep
