Bill the manager on the 1st of January might be discriminating. I bought drinks and somehow the glasses changed to a smaller one. I had to complain on the 2nd glass when l asked for the first glass and realised the drink was less than half. I complained and was told it’s the same. 
The way Bill if that’s his real name treated me and my partner is not appropriate. We left the bar feeling small as if we got the drinks from discount or maybe because we are black. We got refunded for the drinks but the service was not good enough especially for an up to standard hotel. We have been treated as individuals who are not supposed to say anything or complain. Bill did not show any managerial skill or maybe it’s because we are black. I think for him we are far too black to be offered just a standard service as we spend the new year at the hotel. I felt irrelevant. 
If Bill is a reflection Premier of Premier Inn then if you are a black man don’t complain

Stayed due to Christmas visit to children and grandchildren very handy.  Very clean and friendly staff.  A little awkward location due to roads but extremely comfortable for elderly parents on ground floor level. 

Christmas stay very handy

I stayed here for two nights while attending a concert in Leeds. The Premier Inn was clean, basic and staff helpful. I however misjudged how far it was into Leeds City Centre, thought it would be better staying on the outskirts and getting a bus/taxi into the centre. Do not use the taxi firm recommended by hotel (phone in lobby) use Uber's much more reliable.
We used the pub next door for breakfast - poor quality and choice. We have stayed at a few premier inns and we're disappointed at this one. Visited the pub again on the second evening but had a very poor choice of 'normal' drinks.
I normally find premier inns adequate for a couple of nights but I would not recommend this one.

Lovely reception staff - but I wouldn't stay here again

Had a great stay with my family when visiting relatives for Christmas. Comfortable stay and really nice staff. I liked that we didn’t have to go outside to get to the pub for breakfast! A good stay had by all the family, 

Christmas break

Just returned from a 3 night stay to attend a reunion.arrived 15 minutes early asked if room was ready,yes it is if you want to get in now it's an extra £10 are you joking,I waited in the car for the ten minutes.

The room on the first floor 112 paint flaking in the bathroom above the mirror and what look like mould above the curtains.

On the evening could smell a strong smell of weed along the corridor informed the night manager,who went to check.no problems there he's very polite and very accommodating.

Had my reunion meal in the brewers fayre next door booked  a table for 7.15pm. Was stood at the bar ten minutes being ignored by the manager, eventually someone showed to our table, Placed our food order while watching members of the serving staff cuddling each other and basically pratting about.

Food was very good and well cooked, However some guests ordered puddings and waited over an hour for a pudding...AN HOUR FOR A COLD PUDDING!!!!

They apologised saying they had a big party on however I had booked here in August so they were we were attending.
Very poor service and unfortunately won't be visiting this restaurant again

Play time for serving staff

As always very comfy, good food.however after coming back from the Leeds game absolute chaos in the bar. One man,max, valiantly trying to do everything Twnty minutes get a pint. All was redeemed when we went for dinner and the whirlwind. Called Shenelle. Fantastic girl , great personality and brilliant at her job. This was going to be a bad review, but her and Max pulled it back

Staff

Good short stay. Rooms clean and location quiet. Free parking and plenty of spaces. Breakfast a bit crowded at peak time but fine. Good location - close to Motorways but not noisy, also retail park close so easy to get food etc.

Travelled to visit family in Leeds and this hotel is ideal, nice and quiet, only 15 minute drive away from the city centre The staff are so welcoming. The ladies on reception are lovely, Vicky and Sharon. The restaurant next door seemed stretched in the evening but Chanel was lovely. Will definitely be staying here again.

Family visit

Have stayed at this hotel previously and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean, we even got some biscuits to have with a cup of tea which was appreciated. 
The restaurant service was a lot better this time round.

Nice, warm welcome

The staff went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. The two ladies on reception were fantastic, helping us with taxis, changes to our booking and were a real credit to the company.  Friendly and smiling we saw them greet everyone with the same enthusiasm.
