Brilliant service from the owner Iian, we had booked a different hotel for a night away upon arrival the Hotel I had booked was simply awful, I found this one when searching fir an alternative, I ohoned direct and Iian couldnt if been more heloful, he managed to get us in and even said we could go straight away and check in early. This put us so much more at ease, easy to find with free on site parking, comfy bed, good selection in the bar and breakfast which was included was amazing. We are so glad we found this little gem with a great host, we will be returning later in the year with our daughter. I cant praise this place or Iian enough. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent value. Can’t do enough for you. Could do with updating a bit but doesn’t take away from the comfort of the place or the friendliness of the staff

We stayed here overnight a lovely hotel very friendly staff who will go out of their way to accommodate your needs  breakfast cooked to order fantastic will definitely stay here again if ever this way in the future 

Stay

It’s rough around the edges but clean comfortable and a decent price. By no means luxury but I wasn’t paying for luxury, great value for money.
The owners were friendly and talkative. Bed was really comfortable, plenty of tea/coffee in the room and toiletries.

Great value for money

Me and my husband cashed in an experience voucher and chose to come to The Moore's this weekend. We booked very last minute and there were no issues, I called ahead to ask about check in times and they were lovely and so helpful on the phone.

When we turned up we were met by a lovely man who took our breakfast order and showed us up to our room. I picked didn't want a lot of the cooked breakfast so they asked if I wanted an extra sausage which was really kind of them.

The decor is definitely dated and our room was quite small, only just fitting a double bed and a counter, but everything was clean and the en suit had a shower with decent water pressure - the only downfall being there didn't seem to be a middle ground between the shower being very hot or luke warm

As a base to explore blackpool it was wonderful. Both men who we met running it were lovely and so welcoming and there was no issue getting us extra toilet roll when we asked.

The breakfast was beautiful, everything cooked fresh and it seemed to be really good quality stuff, we very much enjoyed it both mornings.

We met the cat who lives at the hotel too! She was very friendly and it made my stay!

Overall a lovely little B&B run by wonderful staff. The decor could maybe do with an update but that's hardly important. We'll definitely be back - hopefully to try out one of the slightly larger bedrooms next time!

Needs up dating and decorating which is why a 4. Having said that this hotel was cheap for the 2 nights we stayed and included parking & breakfast which was beautiful and not at all greasy. The bedding was spotlessly clean and the 2 guys running this place where very helpful and friendly. As previously mentioned by some there was no funny smell and im quite picky. There also wasnt a sign of a cat or cat hair. I would highly recomend if you can get past its a bit old fashioned.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it is warm, clean, and have everything you need.

It is close to the station and has parking on the side of the hotel.

Cooked breakfast was good and had a list you could choose from.

Simple, cheap accommodation with good breakfast, decor a bit dated.

I would use again.

Ian and terry are a great couple and can't do enough for you one or two things need attention but overall the place is a bit quirky which hads something to its charm  it great location for all the places to go to and we look forward to seeing them again we stayed twice last year
