I was staying here on my own while attending an exhibition at the NEC.
I was dubious as I was on my own and am a nervous traveler anyway, but staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Room was nice, clean and spacious.
Breakfast was mediocre, glad I didn’t spend money on dinner. 
Plenty of food to order the hotel and it was easy enough to do. 
Would definitely stay again.

Made a solo traveller feel safe.

Solid Premier Inn stay. We arrived at 0315 after a flight back to Birmingham. We had to ring a bell and wait a few mins for someone to let us in, check-in was then smooth and solid, decent sized family room with a king and 2 singles. Bathroom was clean and fine. We did get breakfast which was solid buffet option. You do have to pay £10 for parking for 24 hours even if staying at hotel. 

Family stay post flight

Booked as had an early flight the next day. Used check in machine with no problems and booked evening meal with receptionist for later on. Room was a good location on the 1st floor however when we opened the door we were hit with a musty smell. Left the window opened and hoped for the best before we returned after food. Unfortunately food was really poor as well, kids had pizza and hubbie had ordered a gammon but not really sure what it was that came as looked and tasted nothing like one. Bar area not welcoming and small for the size of the hotel. The shower head was full of black gunk and the sink looked like there was tissue paper stuck down it. Room was noisy with people above and either side. Air con didn’t work properly then on-site parking charged £10 for the night. Staff were lovely but clearly not enough on duty. Would never stay here again Liverpool airport is miles better.

Worst hotel ever

We had a great stay here the room was spotless although noise from the room above but overall stay we could not fault. The rooms were spotless and the cleaners were helpful with getting us some more towels and extra tea for the following morning

Great stay

Probably the worst Premier Inn we have stayed at. 

When we arrived, there was a very big queue to check-in, and none of the self serve kiosks were working. 

We payed for a Premier Plus room, which in itself was lovely, however we had to ask for our sheets to be changed as they were absolutely filthy and the stains were crusty as if they had not been put through the wash. The spare pillows had not been tagged to say they were fresh, and were also covered in stains. When the new sheets were delivered, we didn’t even receive a sorry! Rest of the room was okay although very hot with weak air conditioning, a very obvious pube in the shower and a gone off milk pod. 

You need to book for dinner as it gets very busy. Food was okay aside from a missing dish and overcooked steak, but the waitress we had was lovely. It also gets very loud and roudy - not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of, and they were accommodating when we asked to move to a quieter table. 

Not sure if we would stay again.

Not up to Premier Inn Standard

The hotel was much better than I expected, I was very pleasantly surprised by the Premier Plus room. The coffee machine is a nice touch and the beds were super comfortable.

 The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an evening meal which was tasty and great value for money, would defiantly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Lovely stay, busy hotel but very efficient! Big thank you to the young lady who served us in the restaurant on Thursday 21st September around 8pm (long curly hair) couldn’t do enough for us even though the restaurant was heaving! Please pass on our thanks! 

Great stay!

Easy to check in on the machine in the reception area. 
Room standard & quality as expected at a Premier Inn. 
Breakfast plentiful & friendly, helpful staff. 
Comfy bed & a good nights sleep. Can’t go wrong with a premier inn. 
Would happily stay at this site again

Does what it says on the tin!

Stay was expected. 

However it is a little further away than other hotels from the airport and NEC centre, there is no shuttle service during major events, so expect to pay for parking or taxi. Parking

Better budget stays around the NEC

We arrived after 3pm and used the self checkout which wasn't that clear. The girls at reception cut us a key and we went to our room. It was still dirty from the last occupant with the bed unmade and dirty cutlery in the room. When we went to reception to tell them, the two girls first acted like we were lying and went into the office without an apology. I don't know what they both needed to go, it was very strange. When they came out they just gave us a new key, again without an apology for the inconvenience. If the waiter who served us in the evening hadn't been do good it would be a completely negative review.
