Stayed in Premier Inns all over the country with work and leisure, so we already had the normal expectations of the standards offered by Premier Inn. Room was comfortable, quiet and the temperature was acceptable.

Service from the staff was very good, polite and courteous.

Family trip to Legoland

Everything in one building for complete relaxation is exactly what I experienced.  Spotless clean bathroom/room, a very comfortable bed, also, tea and coffee.  Restaurant and lounge bar facilities within walking distance from rooms.  

Complete relaxation

Lots of parking, decent room sizes.
On this occasion, I was in one of the 2nd level rooms in the main house.
The room was spacious. The only concern is no lift and a very narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. View of the cricket field at the rear. Although the timber (whatever it is) above the window was broken and rotten!! It didn't affect the room but just poor maintenance.


Great location for my requirements 

Stayed here for two nights while we were visiting Legoland, about 15 minutes away. I thought it was excellent value for Easter weekend - we paid a little under £100 for accommodation (plus breakfast on top which is good value as kids eat free). 

Beds were very comfy, the room was quiet. It is an older hotel and looks a little tired but is clean and welcoming. Family rooms really are quite tight for space - it’s Ok when your kids are small like ours but I think we will soon outgrow Premier Inn as essentially you might as well all be sleeping in one bed!

Staff in the adjoining Beefeater were lovely, food was OK - cheap and convenient. 

I’d stay here again if we were in the area.

Comfy and clean

Our room was very clean, staff at reception and in the bar area friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and very quiet considering it’s right on a main room it had two sets of glazing to keep the sound down. I would definitely stay again and great location for anyone going to Legoland or going into London 

Great value

service was fantastic it was all good except breakfast it was supposed to be a cooked breakfast but was luke warm and when you get it to your table it was cold so couldn't eat i did report it to the front desk and no orange juice so a real waste of money no wonder you charge a lot for your rooms to pay for the wasted food you have to throw away . I have stayed here before and it was fantastic including breakfast what went wrong ? 

cold disgusting breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but very dark and very warm although there were 2 fans - rooms too dark I had to do my make up in the corridor!!
The meal I had on one night was good BUT the breakfast was disgusting. Two days it was buffet cold plates the only warm thing was mushrooms everything else was inedible. 
The chef if you could call him that had no pride in his work presentation was non existent. 
I have never ever seen such a disgusting presentation of food. One day there was no Buffet so the ordered breakfast was not too bad but served on a cold plate so food again was lukewarm - how the chef keeps his job I will never know. I told the waiter it was awful but he said everyone said the same SO why on earth dont you improve this part of the Premier Inn never ever have I had this food experience in a Premier.

Dreadful breakfast- proper chef needs to be employed

Well suited for staying near the M3, M4 and M25 as we were out every day to see friends.  The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking.  However, Premier Inn really need to get air conditioning and king sized beds in all their hotel rooms as the room was extremely hot and you can't open the windows very much.  We did have a fan, but then it is noisy leaving it on all night.  

Good central place to stay

I love that all Premier Inns are very similar, this one was no exception! Bed and room in general were fine. Good to have the addition of a desk and standing fan as it was quite warm, an option of a sheet rather than a duvet might have been a hood alternative too.
We couldn’t get food at the restaurant the first night we were there as they were short staffed and weren’t taking more bookings and the second night they were shut altogether which included the bar which was a shame as were were a largish family group we had planned to at least get a drink there. 

There breakfast was fine, there seemed to be one poor chap working alone which looked a challenge. Staffing seemed to be the main issue with the place really but all else was ok.

Exactly what you need from a Premier Inn

I would never attend this establishment again, I’d rather sleep in my car! They put me in a disabled room which was extremely uncomfortable. Everything about it. It sounded as if a herd of elephants was living up above also! The staff were unfriendly and totally not flexible in any way! Just rude!
