Stayed here for a full week, very homely chilled out place with very welcoming and helpful staff. Can't complain about anything from the breakfast to the Parking. And one of the cheaper hotels in the area, would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area 

Leanne could not have been more helpful or friendly.  She made us feel very welcome and very kindly offered us a lift to the nearest pub for dinner, however we decided to walk as it was only 10 mins!   Her directions were spot on.

This location is very close to the Harwell campus, easy to find (however a car or a taxi is needed). Very clean and quiet ; good wifi connection. The room at the 1st floor in the main house are quieter (away from the entrance and the breakfast room). Good breakfast.

I stayed here during a meeting I attended at the DLS. The guesthouse is only 2 miles from the Research complex and easy to find. It's also not too far from Oxford I believe it's only 15 miles. The double room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfy. They have coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms and double doors which lead into a respectably sized garden. The breakfast in the morning was a full English breakfast and the lady who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. Overall, I was impressed by the guesthouse and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm at Research Complex for work.

Despite agreeing arrival time, the person was called away, and took about 15 mins to raise by phone. Note or phone call would have been helpful
No breakfast first morning as no staff, but was refunded
