When my sister and I were on vacation in the UAE, we stayed at the Royal Crown Hotel. Even though he only had three stars, the reception was decent! The whole staff was smiling and friendly. Room service was high. I liked that there was an indoor pool and a fitness room, I was not even on vacation without it.)) The restaurant is very tasty. We were going on excursions, taking a combined trip to Shan Tours - Sharjah-Dubai. We visited all the museums that we met along the way. We had a Russian guide Murat who told many amazing facts, spoke without a thought!

A magical vacation

lovely hotel with friendly and respectful staff. Clean rooms. Close to Al Qasba and Al Majaz waterfront. Nearby shops and restaurants near by. The staff are willing to assist with what ever you need. Taxis are accessible at any time.

Good hotel

Mr. Nishantha was very very rude. Absolutely no respect for guests. He was yelling at my parents, yes that is right! Here is the story: my parents booked a room and my brother was with them, unlike many hotels they did not have the policy of accommodating with an extra bed and extra charge- fair enough- but this could have been communicated in a polite manner. Mr. Nishan misbehaved with my parents, they would not let them enter the room until one of them leaves- in this case it was my mother who ended up staying with my aunt and uncle. She wanted to enter the room to pack her stuff but they refused to let her in. After my dad requesting them - they finally said yes. Anyway he clearly has no customer service skills and should be fired! Even if your hotel is good- if you cant provide good customer service, nothing else matter.

BAD Experience- Avoid- Rude Staff

In August 2017, we decided to take a break with our wife. We chose Sharge and the average three-star hotel at Royal Crown (Royal Crown) from all possible places to rest. Honestly, we didn't expect this kind of service and believe in anything to compare it to. Nice and friendly staff, a comfortable clean room, changing towels and bedding every day and a free breakfast included.
