Stayed at the hotel during a business trip in Kharkiv in July 2021. The hotel's ideal location near the central square and Gorky Park and modern design attracts travelers. The room is not large, but cozy. It's nice that in the lobby you can make yourself tea/coffee around the clock. Breakfast is not very varied, but you won't be hungry.

Location, cleanliness, hostess, 5 out of 5 interesting design, good breakfast, decent cosmetics in the room, the right price-quality ratio.

It's a wonderful place.

Plus: the price is very affordable. city center, cafes, restaurants, supermarket nearby. in the hotel everything is thought-out to the smallest, well very functional everything: lighting, stylish design, more than room equipment, 2 blankets for 2 people and 4 default pillows, coats, slippers - and that's the standard room. air-tight shower, good quality towel, a puff and a chair in the back seat. Personal air conditioning, so you can cool and heat the room underneath you.

It's a wonderful hotel. Everything's great. I'm still that busy customer.

What are the four stars we're talking about???. There's no elevator, the room is dirty (food bits on chairs and sofas), the furniture (chairs and sofas) have seen the best times, in the shower on the half of the hair. In the shower part of the ashtray is broken, the water is flowing. The mattress on the bed is old, with the ruins. The waitresses are discussing the guests without hesitating in expressions, assuming that the guests in the rooms don't hear them. The internet isn't working stable - it's always shut off. And this is in a room that's positioned as superlux. I imagine what's going on in the rooms.

We need to completely revise the hotel's operations.

Enjoyed my stay at Four Rooms. Amazing reception staff - helpful and professional. Great, but pricey restaurant which offers a wide selection of options. The quality of food is really good. The rooms are nicely designed, but starting to wear off. I enjoyed the backyard. 
The area is not very tourist friendly, but a short cab ride from the metro station (5 min) or downtown 10-15 min. No traffic jams.

Great for business travelers

I spend five days in this hotel in September. I booked superior suit. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs, a big room with a balcony. We had tea pot, coffee and tea in the room. Location is perfect - close to the Gorky park, underground stations, the city center. I wish they supplied more toiletries in the bathroom, but anyway, the service was very good. I think the next time I will choose this hotel again.

Very good location and quiet comfortable hotel

The room itself was good, but the carpet cover was all stained and the smell of tobacco remained after the previous occupants, because from the porch it dragged into the room.

It's not bad, but...

Room was very clean and it was comfortable. If you want to stay at excellent, quiet and great located hotel you should choose this hotel. It is close to Park Maxim Gorky, Svobody and Universitate Metro Station. It is not far from restaurants and markets. Breakfast was not good enough. The only negative thing was i am the only one visitor at the hotel between 01/April/2016-03/April/2016 and heater hadn't worked everytime. But everything was excellent. Thank you so much four rooms hotel :) :) :)

Excellent, charming, quite and pleasant

The hotel is not bad enough, it stayed all day. The staff is nice and responsive. A good bathroom, a spacious room, a great idea with a balcony.

Okay, but there are times...

The staff speaks fluent English and is very available. The hotel is well located, not far from the city center. The hotel street is quiet. Maybe extra towels or dresses would be great, but I didn't ask. I recommend without hesitation:)
