Nice hotel with good breakfast and dinner friendl,

Me and 2 friends came to this hotel last month in July. The hotel entrance was great and the reception was clean and very close to luxury. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly :) Also very welcoming and they took us to our room with a card. Every thing so far is great, the hallway to the lift was great but the lift is a bit old fashioned and should be replaced and it does not suite the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and our room was very very clean with white sheets that smelt amazing. There was a flat screen TV that great with air conditioning which helped out a lot in this HOT weather!!! The bathroom was great and incredibly clean, i thought they had made a new bathroom. The shower was easy to use and they gave shampoo and towels. The pools are AMAZING!! There are 3 pools which is superb! 1 aqua slide pool, 1 for small children and another huge free swim pool for everyone. The tables inside and outside were clean and amazing. There was a lot of food to choose from and everything was fresh. Just the food wasnt up to my standard and could be improved.  I thank the team for this great experience :) i hope to come again one day. 

Great!! MUST READ THIS REVIEW!!

Not bad, but cleaning and service is minimal and garbage is left in the hallway for days. Rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy.  WI-FI is bad with limited sessions.  Today when we came back to our room to shower after the pool we found there is no hot water.. Location is kind of ghetto, but close to beach and boardwalk.  Amazing view of the ocean, very nice pool and water park area.  Not a 5 star hotel, but we did enjoy our stay.

Not bad - good for families

There were very Friendly staff with lots of knowledge about local activities& info given by the staff...beach was very close...little bit of ambiance missing in my opinion regarding the atmosphere of the hotel..very humid weather..one gets sticky as you walk in the area..

The resort was in a bad state of condition, requiring renovation. The staff were unhelpful and they told the guests that as RCI members were literally not paying anything for their stay, as they don't deserve rooms in the new building and were placed on the top floor of a very run down and old three level block with no lift.

Dirty! We made reservation for 2 bedroom suit but got only one bedroom suit, because they don’t have other!

Dear people do not reserve this hotel by RCI.
The rooms are terible. The cleaning in the hotel are terible.
We wold like to change the rooms but they ask us 90 euro per day to change this terible room with new luk like by rooms on the RCI photos. Only pools in this hotel are in the good level. Thank you.

Terible hotel

Where should I start? I guess I should have paid attention to previous TA posts.  Wife and I have used AFVC for our lodging in the US and overseas for many years., but this is the worst we have ever seen. Left a day earlier.  Shame AFVC for offering or suggesting this place! Property situated in the middle of a coastal town in development which meant empty lots around and dusty road(s) to access it. On arrival, we were offered a choice of one of three rooms in a building where we were the only occupants. All three rooms were horrendous and the surroundings, stairs and hallways had trash which had not been cleaned in ages. Trash was still there when we left. Had to switch rooms after the first night because the water heater kept making the breaker jump. Same problem with the second room although not as frequently. Could not shower last day before departure because there was sandy water coming out of the shower head...unbelievable! Communication with reception was almost non-existent. They tried, but  their lack of understanding of the English language made it very difficult. This may be a good place for Turkish families and their children...but not for American tourism. Wish I could post some pictures we took. It would make my description crystal clear.
