Got to the hotel early hours of the morning, was greeted by lovely staff, given a light snack and our bags taken upto our room, the room was lovely, huge bathroom with bath and shower, beds were very comfortable, our room was cleaned daily, the hotel overall was spotless, the staff work so hard and are so friendly, from the restaurant staff, bar, entertainment, cleaning and reception, they are all so lovely, the food was so good, never once did we experience poor food and it was all good quality, there is a snack bar near the pool that serve burgers, toasties etc, always plenty of beds and you are supplied with pool towels, the spa is a must, adem and his team are fantastic, this hotel is in a perfect location to the strip, overall a big 5 * from me and will definitely be back next year xx
