Had a great time rooms are cleaned daily bed was comfy staff are amazing  picked me a cake up for my sons birthday big thanks to.mehmet and mustafa decorated the table was so lovely a nice little touch. Hoping to return later in the year love the entertainment team too

Great holiday

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.  We had a spacious 2 bed apartment that was very clean and modern.  The staff were lovely, Orlando who works in the restaurant area is a nice honest guy, the young waiters work really hard.   The hotel wasn't the issue, more so the other guests with no common courtesy towards other holidaymakers causing disturbances in the early hours and young kids unsupervised running through hotel corridors in the small hours disturbing other guests by knocking on doors and running off,  adults screaming and fighting amongst themselves, brash and vile behaviour by a small group of holidaymakers.  I'm sure the hotel must have recieved numerous complaints regarding this.  The hotel management need to effectively deal with antisocial behavior caused by the few guests that Impacted on the quality of other people's stay, we all come away to have a good time on holiday.

The hotel itself is a nice standard  and there Is a lovely little farmers market a few mins walk from from the back of the hotel selling fresh produce.  Hotel Is a 10 mins walk from marmaris beach where you have some lovely places to eat by the beach.

Nice hotel, not so nice guests

Due to our unpleasant experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. From the start, our stay was riddled with problems, starting with the broken key card we were given upon arrival. Despite having to go to the main floor three times to get a new key, we still had to wait for over 20 other guests to be served before our issue was resolved. Our troubles continued the next morning when we discovered an ant infestation in our room. (Including the bed and the bedside tables) Although we requested for the room to be sprayed and cleaned, the staff only sent a lady with a mop, without any bug repellent. Furthermore, the hotel only provided us with one roll of toilet paper for three people for our whole stay. The condition of the hotel was also subpar, with dead and alive cockroaches on the stairs leading to our room. While the restaurant staff were pleasant, the reception team was not friendly or helpful. Overall, our experience at this hotel was horrendous and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Awful hotel

The hotel was absolutely spotless & the staff are so friendly & welcoming. This was our little boys first holiday & everyone made us all feel welcome & cooed over him. Bingo every night & sports on TV for any sports fans. Food was lovely. Barber shop & Tattoo shop on site are amazing! Would highly recommend both!

Lovely Holiday

Travelled on my own to this hotel for 1 week beginning of Oct 1st impressions was good ,had a spacious double bed apartment which was at back of hotel overlooking another hotel not the best view but not a issue .hotel pool is really nice but was quite cold even though daytime temperature was 30 so couldn't stay in pool for long .there was no entertainment on in hotel unless you was under 3 with a few kids songs with kids reps who did try hard ,for adu.ts £5 a ticket bingo or quiz that was it.i would not recommend this hotel if your travelling alone I had unwanted attention from someone who worked at this hotel  it got so bad I spent more time out of it than in the hotel .for that reason I wou,d not go back to this hotel which is a shame as there is so e really nice restaurants around and it only about 15 min to beach .

Not the best experience 

Been here 3 times, it is going downhill. Cleaning of rooms poor,drunks yelling until 5am. OK cheap but holiday ruined by my possessions being searched by Tui rep at poolside.I went down to the poolside laid my clothes and other items on a parasol base and went for a 20 mins swim. Came back and found Jamie the Tui rep with my distinctive blue glasses case in one  hand and reaching into my clothes etc. Asked what he was doing and was told he was searching for a lost or stolen phone.As a lost phone would not have magically been in my clothes it was inferred I had stolen it. Everybody around the pool was watching and I felt embarrassed and humiliated by the events.Finally caught up with Jamie the rep  and told him of my concerns on the Tuesday. Told him under no circumstances should he search any ones possessions. I have worked in Retail Pharmacy for 40 years and know you do not search anyone without fulfilling certain criteria.He said Tui reps can search people and their goods. Could not see this in Tui terms and conditions.He said he had used "find my phone "to locate the area, this is really inaccurate and would have encompassed a least two of the accommodation blocks, yet he searched my clothes and no other guests.I also pointed out that the vast majority of people would have had a mobile phone on their person, his response was he would have "pinged it" to see if it was the missing phone. Which leads me to question why he did not do that in the first place! Also I pointed out he was putting himself at risk of compromise as he could be accused of theft. He stated that the C.C.T.V  would have shown what he had done .Didn't see any cameras at Club Candan but might be mistaken, again if they were there why were they  not used to find the phone?At no time was he apologetic. This event completely ruined the last week of my holiday. I have complained to Tui but they say it takes 28 days to reply , possibly longer. You only have 500 characters to state what can be a complicated narrative. Will not be using Tui ever again. If TUI reps can search anybody be careful if they are in the a Hotel where you are staying, how do they know what company you are with?Who do they think they are to search anybody.

Breakfast/ lunch here is fine but I wouldn’t recommend dinner … they also host “Turkish bbq” nights which also wasn’t very nice … I’d say food was just average overall.
Staff were friendly , some much too friendly to the point you get frustrated as they don’t leave you alone.I found this with the area as a whole actually especially at the beaches. Definitely something to be aware of it you’re travelling alone or with friends. I’d avoid this one.

Decent hotel entertainment, play a lot of bingo/performers/pool games and didn’t have an issue with loungers. Just being bothered a lot when you’re trying to relax.

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel personally.


Wouldn’t go back - hotel staff way too “friendly”

The hotel is not in a great location in terms of the resort itself. The rooms are decent enough and the hotel is clean throughout. The staff are nice and friendly like most Turkish hotels. 

The most annoying thing about the hotel is the expensive charges for drinks and food in the hotel. I understand inflation, post covid and all other pressures but the price of drinks and food is shocking.

I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel, pay more for an all inclusive near to the beach and you’d actually save a fortune.

Had a great time here just booked to return in May the rooms are basic but they were cleaned daily with fresh towels great pool great staff  had an amazing turrkish bath too the lads got a haircut and hot shave at curlys overall great experience for my first time in turkey

Just home from a fantastic week at Club Candan. After reading some very negative reviews I was so pleased that I didn't change our booking. We arrived in the early hours and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and informative.The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was dated but spotless. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Well equipped kitchen area with a two ring hob and a panini machine. One toilet roll provided so make sure to pack some for your stay.
 Will definitely be back 🇹🇷❤️
