A disaster the mold showers are all rusty and about the spring mattress beds no protective back mattress all week no more food really everything is done again in this hotel... but the staff were very good.

Horrible to run away from

Two families stayed in Turkey for the first time in July. They came overnight, settled in a room on the first floor, fed the night soup. In the next room the door to the next room, the room itself, like a maid's room. In the morning they asked to move, hardly, but by evening we moved to the 4th floor, to a normal room with a beautiful view of the sea. The food is normal, but the food at 5 is different. The sea is beautiful, but cool. The beach from the hotel is nothing, the narrow strip where the beds are close to each other, the west is not very much. We went to the city side, for the lounges to pay, the circle of smoke, the entrance is good. If you grew up in the beaches, there was a big part of you, and the beaches in the city, and the beaches in the city, they were not a big part of you.

Our vacation

The hotel was chosen based on reviews and no regrets. The hotel has everything you need, the food is good enough for any taste. We often came to the end of breakfast or lunch and there was always something to eat. I have a varied menu. Thank you so much for having so many fruits, a rahat-lucum for breakfast and a kuragu. The drinks are great too. The animation is great, it will be boring for children, it's great for adults. To the sea, the public beach is 7 minutes and you don't have to go anywhere. That's a big plus. My father is happy, he's rested well. What to change - the smell in the rooms is a little dull. I as an asthmatic am very sensitive to such smells.

It's a good hotel.

in no way am I criticising the staff as they can only work with what they have. any problems and they tried to sort them out as best they could. as for the hotel, where do I start. no way a 4 star as expected, at best, very best, a 3 star. if you book an all inclusive holiday you don't expect to be told that they don't have things just because it's the end of the season i.e. drinks. full list available was local gin, vodka, wine and beer. food was atrocious, didn't seem like the catering staff had much to work with, probably due to it being the end of the season again. while we are on the subject of the kitchen/restaurant area, i am not a cat lover and wouldn't want to see any harm to them but what I don't want to see is cats running about the restaurant area while people are eating with nothing being done to prevent it. the rooms, well all I can say is the staff were in everyday cleaning but how can you keep a room clean that's falling apart. bathroom tiny, shower leaking and all could use an update just to bring it into the 1990's.last but not least entertainment. I won't even bother with that. needless to say I will not be going back and hopefully this will give people some idea of what this hotel is like. only returned yesterday 11/10/2019 so had to write this before I mellowed.

one interesting detail. hotel is S***e

The cleanliness of the rooms is absolutely not given! The food is inedible! There is no service here! Here is the motto Do it your self I have been spending my vacation in the doorway for 30 years, something I have not experienced. Here the management just wants to make quick money. This was confirmed to me by locals. It should have been better once, but with a new owner everything has changed to its disadvantage. The four stars should be quickly withdrawn. This was a deception pure vacation!!!!!

I can only warn you about that!!!!!

We spent a lot of time thinking about what kind of hotel to choose in the city of Kushadasa. We decided to stay at this hotel based on a good rating and not bad reviews. But once again I am convinced that you should not believe all reviews until you see everything with your own eyes. I will start in order. We flew to Bodrum, to our hotel it's 130 km, 2 hours by road. It's better to get closer when you get to Izmir. The hotel is at the height, it's always there.

We were hoping for something better.

Before I bought the hotel, I read the reviews, realized that there were difficulties. It wasn't so scary. Everything was flowing, including the shampoo. Very good:)

We had a room on the top floor, a beautiful sea view, very nice when we woke up. The staff are very friendly, helpful and a little plus for a waitress named Yelda, always nice and smiling. Nothing to say about the cleanliness inside and outside, always clean. We were in a full boarding house, very varied and good choice, a little bemool, dishes not hot enough, it would take a few microwaves. We spent 15 days, it was super... thank you all.

very good quality ratio price

Ladies Beach (town) is a nice place to visit. There is no bar, free transfer is rare but there are routes that run frequently to the city center (about 0.5$) and not far from the sea (about 7 minutes walk).

It worked out. I recommend it.

Can not believe how bad this place has gone since the new owners, here 2 days now and had to pay 800 to go and stay in the esate instead can not stay another night in it Kip stay miles away every single thing in this place is terrible should be shut down
