Once again best apartments in icmeler , best staff …friendly atmosphere , big rooms , clean pool area , great food warm welcome …..nothing negative to say ….used these apartments for over ten years and have never had any issues

What a lovely friendly place on our is a credit to here looked after me and my wife so well after being put out of grand aquarium for not obeying the witch Sally's rules your left alone not constantly watched met some lovely people there mehemet that works there would do anything for you obviously rubs off the owner respect there customers unlike the witch of grand aquarium.thanks for everything

Amazing stay at Efem. The staff are super friendly! No hassle at all and a very chill atmosphere. The pool area is kept very clean, bbq night is a must the food is beautiful (well done Abdullah) the owner Mehmet is a true gentleman! He will do anything to help you at all. Everything we ate at the apartments was good quality food, all the drinks were spot on too. The staff Ash, Ish, Sal are always on had and super friendly. Our maid… what a beautiful lady, always smiling and leaving little notes and beautiful hearts and bows on the beds. We had room 203, very modern and clean, twin beds in the bedroom which we pushed together, sofa bed made up for our daughter in the living room. Lots of storage which is a rarity normally, double wardrobe in the bedroom with a dressing table and large wall mirror. Then in living area a full size wardrobe. Lots of sockets dotted around too. All in all a wonderful stay. Efem has stole our hearts… see you all next year 🫶🏼❤️

Cant fault this hotel we really enjoyed our stay. The staff made us feel welcome and at home, to the point we booked next year's holiday a week into our stay. Always happy to help. 

The pool is well maintained and cleaned, no fighting for sunbeds and a skip to the bar. Plenty to do at the hotel darts, pool and other activities (Bingo) was always fun .. I'm so sad. 

The hotel does a fantastic bbq and food night along side entertainment weekly.

This was our 2nd visit to Efem Apartments, This year my daughter and her partner & there best friend joined my husband and I and we had a fantastic holiday, Apartments are basic but there apsalutely fine, bedding and towels were changed every other day, Mehmet is a apsalute gem couldn't do enough for us , Ash,Solomon, Chef and Ismele were all fantastic to be honest that's 1 of the reasons we went back they went above and beyond for my family who in return ❤️ them and will definitely return especially Mehmet & Ash , Also Honour the owner helped with cases always spoke to us and made us welcome,I would definitely recommend the Efem not Flashy but we love it. 

Just come back from our 3rd visit to Efem. Where do I start I we had a few problems with our grand daughter on our 2nd day and her boyfriend had to return home. We went to Memhet the owner and he was fabulous he let our grand daughter stay in our room till we come home. 
Yes rooms are basic but you only sleep and get dressed in them. If you want to cook and theres not enough plates cutlery then just ask they will happily get you some dont gripe about it on here. The cleaner is a lovely woman and she came and cleaned our room every day when she was off the following day she left us a little note telling us.
Food what can I say about that Abdulla the chefs food is brilliant he will cook anything you ask for if its in his power of course lol.
The pool with its slide is brill the kids and adults lol love it. The slide goes on certain times but I think thats so us oldies can have a chill time before it comes back on lolll.
They have bingo every day at 4pm and 11pm ,Quiz night, bbq night is brilliant ,karaoke night is fab they tried it in the afternoon and it went down a storm. They will try most things if you ask Salman the manager.
All the staff are wonderful Mehmet the owner will do anything to make your holiday perfect. Salman is just fab I love that guy. Ash is brill hes our buddy lol. Ishmail is so funny. Abdulla the chef he can be annoying some times but in a good way hubby remedied that by chucking him in the pool hahaha. Mehmet the pool guy is so lovely  all in all such a brill hotel as long as people realise that that it is a 3star self catering and NOT a 5star all inclusive if people want that then go and pay 5star prices.

We just got back from a 2 week stay family of 5 2 rooms we come to this hotel every year we find it the best self catering in the area we stayed in the attic room was lovely big double bed walk in shower 2 balcony's toaster and kettle and a hob all the cutlery every thing you need to make a meal the room is lovely and clean 2 cleaners come in everyday change the towels change the beds takeaway any rubbish the pool area is everything you need to sit and relax slide goes on every few hours there's a pool table punch bag machine are a little arcade room there's a little garden with kids swings the bar area had 2 tvs and plenty of tables and chairs theres some comfy chairs outside the bar with cushions to chill and have a efes the food is lovely cooked by a well known chef abdullah who will cook you anything you want just ask salmon the manger will do anything for you Mehmet the night watchman is a lovely man always has time to talk and will help you with anything you need and boss man the owner same he will do anything to help you I just love this place my kids love it it's just all round nice hotel don't delay go and book it today you won't be disappointed 

We changed hotels 5 days into our holiday and so glad we did.. the hotel was lovely and clean the staff very friendly and welcoming the remaining 9 nights of our holiday was very pleasant we would definitely return. The owners are a nice family they couldn’t do enough for you

This is my 4th time visiting Dalaman in the past 2 years and Efem has been by far the best hotel and we can’t wait to return!! All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pool is great for kids and clean and lovely little park enough for you to relax and sunbath without worrying about them running too far. We we for 10 nights in may and will definitely be returning next year. Location is greta aswell short walk to center and beach all flat

Efem are great little apartments. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and treat you like friends. The Chef is a great, funny man and makes fantastic food! Bbq night food was also amazing. He is fantastic with kids also... my little girl is very shy but he always acknowledged her and she even walked round holding his hand which is surprising for her. Also the caretaker (I think he is) was very friendly and a really nice man... in fact they all are really nice people.
The pool is good and has a slide. If it isn't knocked on they will turn it on for you. Little bit cold but we went at the start of the season so was a bit chilly at night.
Rooms are basic and clean! The cleaner comes in everyday and you come back in to a nice smelling room, she even makes the towels into shapes which was a nice touch. 
If there's any problem, etc... light bulb went on us, they are right there sorting it out for you. 
I hope to come here again. Thank you everyone.

nice hotel clean and spacious rooms we had 101 plenty of hanging space rooms cleaned 6 out of 7 days towels changed daily all the staff are friendly good size pool with slides and separate kids pool , food and drinks not badly priced too would definitely go back as in a good location to you have Tipsy bugger  bar, Wembley Restaurant bar Sadik,s family restaurant the Robinhood restaurant and many more

Lovely experience staying at these apartments staff will do anything for you the chef makes amazing food.we walked in as strangers left as friends my grandson had a brilliant week didn't want to leave we are booking for next year entertainment they had on was amazing slides in pool great for kids. Apartments about a 10 minute walk to main town plenty or restaurants and shops on way.

ONE WORD BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!

Really can’t understand all the bad reviews, we’re just back from a family holiday, we stayed 11 nights, there was 6 of us in a 2 bedroom apartment, basic but clean and cleaned daily, towels changed every day, never had a problem getting sunbeds, kids loved the pool and slide, found the staff very friendly and welcoming, food and cocktails were delicious.  It’s about a 15minute walk into town but so many places to eat around the hotel.  Really enjoyed this holiday and would definitely return.

Welcome to paradise 

Second visit to the Efem, travelled with small family. 
Wonderful hotel, great staff- Salman, Ash  Mehmet, Abdullah and the 2 lovely cleaners. 
We were given a fabulous room which was very spacious and always kept very clean with fresh towels and bedding. 
The staff are an asset who work extremely hard to make sure you have a great holiday. 
Mehmet works very hard overnight and he keeps the grounds clean and tidy. He has very little sleep but the guests are greated with a smile. 
The food served is of a high standard, from snacks to main meals. 
BBQ night is a must, good entertainment and food is lovely. 
Not a problem with getting a sunbed, but you will always get the guests who feel the need to be early risers. 
The only negative I can write is due to the large party present. They were loud especially overnight shouting and arguing and did not have much consideration to other families during the day or night. 
Would have been 5 stars otherwise
