Visited this lovely hotel in July 25 for 10 days 
This hotel is lovely 
Friendly staff 
Brilliant chef his food was amazing 
Rooms were lovely 
Was nice sitting on patio area in very hot temperatures 
Close to shops and restaurants 
Bus ride away or a little walk into icemaler 
Would recommend staying here 

Lovely summer holiday 

Returned from 3 week stay at our 2nd home. As always the management and staff Joseph, Tunay,Mert and Emir made our stay special and welcomed members of our family at various points during our stay. Food was excellent thanks to Chef Ibo, rooms cleaned every day by the lovely Fadime who worked so hard on her own . Great to see something being done about the early towel brigade !!  Booked again for next year and we will see our fellow returning September guests.

Another exceptional holiday

This was our first time here and it went above and beyond our expectations - Joseph the manager was brilliant nothing was too much for them - I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff it was my dads first holiday since loosing his sight and they went above to ensure he was having a great time!! Would recommend!!

Great little gem!!

Our room was lovely and modern and cleaned every day. We ate most days at the restaurant because it was the nicest food we had whilst in resort. We never once had a bad meal and our favourites where steak night. Bbq night and the roast dinner!!
All food and drinks reasonably priced and good portion sizes
The staff are quite simply the best!! Joseph, Mert Tuna and everyone made sure we had the most amazing holiday and we cant thank them enough
We will be back next year and already counting down til then

The most amazing gem!!

Had best time all the team are fabulous. Good is great complements to the chef. 
I don’t like my room and they changed it with in minutes fabulous customer care my only complaint is I wish people would stop telling people about it . Getting hard to get a room because it’s so full ! We will be back thanks again 10 out of 10 from me and val

Brilliant

Amazing little family ran hotel.
Rooms are cleaned daily with regular linen and towel changes. Nice size pool, could do with a few more sunloungers as getting up at 4am is a bit much.  Hotel food is very good. I recommend the Mexican chicken my favourite dish from there.  The staff can not do enough for you. I'm looking forward to a returning stay.

Lovely little Gem.

We just returned from an absolutely amazing time at Bilnur apartments (two adults and children aged 9 & 13). The staff are so help full and friendly which made this a fantastic holiday, you will not get better customer service anywhere, nothing was too much trouble. It is a small family hotel; although the rooms are basic it was extremely clean and well maintained and has everything you need, with the bonus of a very comfortable bed. The pool bar is open for breakfast through to dinner.

A couple of times a week they have special evenings with free entertainment, we attended both the steak and BBQ nights, food was terrific. The entertainment manager was happy to help with anything and sorted out scuba diving for us, and recommended a great authentic Turkish restaurant. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but there are numerous restaurants and bars within a few minutes’ walk. The closest supermarket is about a 3 minute walk away. 

I would recommend this to anyone. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and didn't want to go home.

Well we have definitely found a gem here! I can honestly say it’s the best hotel we have EVER stayed in, the staff, food, facilities, cleanliness and accommodation are top class. We would like to thank you all for such a wonderful holiday and making the best memories. I can 100% say that we will be back next season maybe on more than one occasion!

Exceeded all expectations - amazing staff, fabulous accommodation and wonderful food!

This is our second time visiting the Bilnur, we have just left following a two week stay. This hotel is one of the most friendliest hotel I’ve ever been to, nothing is to much for any one at this hotel. The managers are lovely, friendly and approachable they mingle with all the holiday makers and know their names, they will sit down with you and have a chat. Big shout out to the hard working staff Josef ( wonderful manger ran his team very well Josef is the Bilnur bingo caller which was fun), Mert and Tunay and the others, they just couldn’t do enough for you, the cleaners and the chef the whole place is the best I’m not surprised that people go back year after year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thank you all for another wonderful holiday Paul Selene, Alfie and Millie❤️
