Such a lovely family run hotel, spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome. This is my third stay there now. The customer service is wonderful, Apo carries our cases to the room, calls for a takeaway for us, always has a smile and greeting Hazal on reception is so helpful, kind and informative, it seems nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is opposite and plenty of spaces. Breakfast is always a buffet , nice and fresh with a few hot items , cheeses, salads, jams, olives, toast, fruit etc. Tea and coffee are unlimited as well as orange juice. A great start to the day. I'm looking forward to my next visit, thank you all at ottoman palace



Lovely family run hotel 

We were made to feel very welcome by all the family and staff. Location is perfect, 2/3 mins from main pedestrian shopping street and in the middle of several sights of interest. Night time was quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel, easy access and plenty of space. My shower was broken I couldn't hang it on the wall, I asked for extra pillows and sugar free coffee sachets. My requests were all met by the time we got back from shopping, customer service with a smile was beyond excellent. Hazil was very helpful providing a city map and explaining where we could go as well as advising us and calling her recommended restaurants for us. I will definitely stay here again with out a doubt, it was perfect for our needs. Rooms were spacious and each had a small balcony. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of choice

A great find in city center

Really nice to stay here. You can also have nice breakfast in the morning.. I was trying to find a good hotel but hopefully i found Ottoman Hotel. Its also in city center. If you are coming from EU you should use that nice hotel. You are gonna highly satisfied.. 

Nice To Stay Here

We booked this hotel because it was written it is in a city center. It is quite close but you can not find it. We asked taxi driver to take us there. The building from outside looks nice but when you enter you feel the smel of a mold. We got the room,it was old and bad furnished,walls wet,full of dust and germs. We started to sneeze in a moment. After 10min we decided to leave it and go in another hotel.
We if you have allwrgies and helath problems please avoid this hotel.

Do not stay here if you have allergies

We traveled as a couple for a weekend in Edirne. Stayed only for a few hours in the hotel. The location is great, in the center of the old city, but still quiet and with free parking. Staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast not great, but good enough. The only serious disadvantage of the hotel concerns the cleanliness. There were garbage left from the previous tenants in several places of the room. We also found hair on the floor of the bathroom. Finally there are some details that must be given the proper attention to make a hotel's client feel comfortable. It's not so important, because we could fix them, but we would like to find the fridge plugged and working and the cream soap container filled.

Great location - could be cleaner

I've been 4 nights for the kirkpinar sporting event considering the price is less than 50 euros a night breakfast included I'd say, promoted by a vote, sure don't expect a 5-star hotel, but you're doing your best to make your stay pleasant friendly personal entrance well english and it's very nice besides cute, lacking elevator but it's only two floors you can walk, simple room clean and ordered with coffee boiler, lacking refrigerator patience, full and pleasant turkish breakfast, super central location and with their parking, given the essential period, conclusions:

Very Gentle and Available

We have stayed for 3 nights and it was very good. 
The hotel's location is very good, near to the old city and its main attractions. Also is a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Bazar and its surrounding area. 
The room was nice, had a balcony with a view towards the inner court, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 
The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of dishes to choose from.
The drawbacks were as follows: the TV was not working, the air conditioning had a funny smell while working, the furniture was a bit dated.

We recommend this hotel for a few nights stay, since it is situated near all important attractions.

Very very basic, but cozy and friendly

Since it’s a Family hotel, the hospitality is amazing, rooms are clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating people.good value for money.  convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. Also 5 mins walking distance to the most valuable historical places. 
They have a beautiful garden and serve breakfast at the garden during the summer time.

Highly recommended!

Finding the hotel is impossible. According to the Google Map, we took us to the end of the city in the field. We were forced to pay a taxi to take us to the hotel. Many nice administrators met. The staff is very kind. There was a full set of towels. It was staying for one night. The breakfast was very good. They made us a Turkish coffee. The location is excellent. They can put indicative signs for the location. It was very nice to leave the car for a while after leaving of the hotel
