I payed around 180 lira a night for my stay here. For being right in the city centre, a very good price. Your close to everything you want to be. Sightseeing wise you can walk. There's a bakery literally at the entrance where you can pick yourself up some morning tahini for 6 lira. A lovely gift shop at the entrance as well. 

Yes it's not spotlessly clean, but it's not dirty either. Sheets are clean, rooms have everything you need. Hairdryers, shampoos ect. 

Yes, as another reviewer pointed out, the staff don't speak much English (other than the owner), but they speak enough. If you want to communicate something just connect your phone to the internet and translate it, it's not difficult, and your in bursa, not Istanbul. It's rather rude to assume everyone should speak English. The staff are really friendly and if you ask them something they'll do their best to answer. The teleferik was closed when I was there, and they spent an hour trying to find out why and when it would be open for me. 

This place is for those who intend to explore the city rather than spend their time hanging around the hotel, and for that purpose, it's perfect.

In opposition to reviews.

Despite the great hospitality and kindness of the staff. The hotel is unsanitary. The elevator is scary. You wonder if it is even maintained. The carpet is not top. The bedroom just the bed is good the rest to comment on. The bathroom. the bathroom. the bathroom is fine. First night no shower! Despite the increased complaint at the reception the shower was repaired the next morning around 10am before the end of breakfast. The lunch damage smoking area. But if you wish I still see advice to take breakfast outside.

Really if not the choice

Please avoid this hotel, the staff didn't speak english, room very small. and they cheat us. I made a booking from booking.com, they gave us different room from our booking voucher and they charge us double price. Please avoid if you do not want your money to be robbed
