I've paid for sleep, shower, breakfast.I wasn't being able to sleep. Too much noise since 3am at least.I wasn't being able to have a shower. No water so I had to use bottles bought at the market.I wasn't being able to have breakfast. I've never seen not even a cup of coffee! DO NOT GO!

It was the most horrible hotel I've ever been. The room was tiny, old and dirty. Everything was broken and there was mould on the walls. The manager was incredibly rude. We waited one hour for the room. We were three and they gave us only one dirty towel. Don't go there!!!

Disgusting!

I came here alone and i can say this place is weard... This is definitly not a hotel, people live here, mostly mens. I didn't feel confortable, even if the owner is really nice and kind, trying to talk to me.
The room was dirty.
I would't say it was bad, if you're on a budget it's OK, but it's not a hotel.

Not a hotel!

I stayed here in August 2018, one night with my boyfriend and two other nights with him and we found it to be a simple, very centrally located place. The first night I stayed there alone as my boyfriend joined me the next day and the owner made me feel very comfortable, noting that if I needed anything at all, he would be available. The accommodation is basic, but there is AC in each room and if there is anything you need, the owner gets it for you straight away.
The thing that I liked most though was the character of the owner. It is a family-run place and you feel they are good people. The owner is a funny, genuine guy who speaks fluent German so my boyfriend could communicate with him and for English he uses Google Translate with you and it works fine. He gave us a great recommendation for where to rent a motorbike.
The location is also perfect. It's 1 street behind the main strip in bodrum and the beach. 
If you're looking for something basic with a family/local feel that's right in the heart of things, this place is for you.

Good, simple option for backpackers/those on limited budget

I read other travelers' review, if you don't complain and ask for Clean sheets or good rooms, they may think everything is fine so it is your responsibility to ask !!  I explain my story below.  

I stayed in this hotel for One week.  When they showed me the room, I did Not like it as it had issues (Toilet,...) and I asked for another room, The second room was not good either and needed maintenance, then I asked for another one..

The daughter of owner was very nice ( young but knew how the business should be run).  She came forward and told me : " I will show you all the rooms and you can choose Anyone you like. "  I ended up in a 3 bedroom room even though I was Only one person.  Then I asked for new Sheets and Towels which I was given.  Everyday they cleaned my room and I was provided with New sheets,..

 After i was able to pick Any room i wanted, I went out to look at other hotels in the area just to make sure and compare !!  All of them were worse than this hotel with 50% higher Price and less friendly owners !  I value human relationships and we have to understand we get what we pay for.  This hotel was the cheapest and the friendliest in the area. 

I was also allowed to use their kitchen to make tea for myself and I also could use the fridge in the kitchen and few times I could warm simple foods for myself.  The grandmother was a very nice and active lady and the owner, his wife,..were friendly that is why I stayed there for One week.  

If I go back to Bodrum, I will stay in the same hotel if I want the same range price !!  The photo is me with the 80 years old Grandmother who was the most active person in the hotel working Non stop !!

Family run business , Kind & Friendly people

Room was filthy. Found a cigarette butt next to the bed. Hairs all over the floor. Ants  crawling around. No hot water so had to ask to have it turned on. It was a strange place which is a home for homeless elderly people. The family that operates it are nice people though. We asked if we could arrive early and they let us have the room from 10am. Also they let us have some breakfast that day we arrived which was really kind.

Not recommended

It was a last minute booking as we were already in Bodrum and decided to stay the night. I did not research the hotel at all prior to booking. The location was very central that's the only positive. We arrived late. The entrance was down a whitewashed path was well lite and looked nice ... that's were the nice stopped ! 
On entering the "receptionist " was sat in the main area wearing a grubby white vest , we were quickly shown to our room just at the rear of the reception. The room was freezing, great it was a warm night outside so the aircon was on full force, unfortunately it had to stay that way as the remote control didn't work so it was either freezing cold or off altogether. No towels were provided whatsoever . There was a large hole in the bathroom door as if it had been punched through with no attempt to repair it. The bed had hair on it which wasn't ours . I actually ( due to late hour and unable to leave to stay somewhere else ) lay fully clothed on top of the bed with my shirt wrapped around the pillow for hygiene reasons. I would have had a more comfortable night staying in my car . I couldn't wait for morning to come to get out of there.

Terrible !

Our plane was late, we arrive at 2am in the type of room I only had seen in the center of Malaysia (and for 5 euros no 63!!!). The room give on a courtyard where people were chating till 3am and started again since 7am. So no needs to precise we didn't sleep. The others were locals workers and probably didn't pay the same price. We didn't understand this "hotel" is on websites for tourists...
All the equipment is really cheap and probably older than 30 years. Dirty and nothing like comfortable. Look at the pics and DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I travelled a lot and am not a demanding person.


Horrible, a real shame!

The hotel is really dirty. There is an open yard in between the rooms and you can feel that everybody is watching you in a weird way. 
The sheets stinks, there was hair everywhere, the flush was not working. We asked to go for another room since the condition of the first one was quite bad, they opened the second room and there were luggage inside, they simply took the luggage away and did not even cleaned the place again. 
We found the place quite insecure and dirty we wanted to leave but the owner didn't give our money back. Before, he was fighting with other customer.
