At first it didn't look the greatest but wen we went to sleep and it did look quite nice around the pool the pool was big and clean only bad bit about the pool was my son cud not stand up but he loved it in the end. At the bar rambo is there any time and will cook meney delicious foods .my favourites where the chip butty or the cheeseburger. We had barbecue it costs 15£ per person you get cheese rolls and plenty of meet  bred and rice it also came with lots of different dipping salsas .After that we played bingo it's 50 lira per ticket and was a good laugh. Rambo makes a very nice banana milkshake. On are last day we got pictures with rambo and his family. My son then gave rambo his football shirt and we put messages on it for him to put on his wall. Was a good time recommend

Worst apartment have ever stayed in  poolside looks grear,but behind the door a different story. Badly neglected, need major refurbishment and deep clean. Doors wouldn't lock, toilet brush was disgusting ,makeup on pillow,showers useless,first use the shower head fell of,they did replace it but honestly I could wee faster than the shower, lots of grout missing in the bathroom tiles,  toilet so close to the shower I had to open the shiwer doors to be able to sit on the toilet!! Shelf broken and hanging ifbin the shower, main shelf falling if the wall under a mirror. The kitchen diner was bit better,the smoke alarm was in kitchen cupboard with the battery at the side of it nit fitted to the holder on the ceiling.  The fridge us disgusting,I've thrown better away,cakes with ice, the shelves were dirty rusty and black,nit healthy.
The 'patio' had no table or chairs had to take chairs from the kitchen,the bird was non existent from the patio as the hedges etc were overgrown  so sitting down all you could see was overgrown plants  there were 4 stepping stones on dirt to the patio doors,these were surrounded by cat poo!! The cats used the dirt outside our door as their toilet,counted 14 cats in our bit there are more cats in other areas!! I don't appreciate smelling cat poo by my door.
The pool area was presentable but dated and needed a good clean,the floors were never washed in the restaurant during our 2 week stay,a bottle if water was sprinkled round the tables then swept away!!!
The good thing was the food was good.
A very dissapointing holiday,exacerbated by poor conditions and lots of mosquitos and cat poo.

Worst I have ever stayed in.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday here and first time at this hotel. On arrival late at night we were greeted and shown to our room and the bar/restaurant was open for us to get a bite to eat. The food is reasonably priced and nice. The pool area was fantastic, very comfy sunloungers and just a nice relaxing environment. The room was basic, but had everything that we needed, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for a family of 4. We also had a little table and chairs that we could sit outside our room and eat breakfast together each day. we paid £35 for the week to have air con which was a godsend. The location was excellent. 5/10 min walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The staff here are all excellent and friendly. I became really unwell during the holiday  and the staff drove my husband to another town to get to a pharmacy to get me some medication and checked it to make sure i was getting the right stuff. I can’t thank them enough for this. The room was cleaned almost daily. This hotel is a nice relaxing environment. The staff are helpful and available should u need them at any time. It’s a very safe place to stay and the hotel is gated and someone is always on the gate no matter what time of day it is to greet you. We don’t usually go back to places as there are so many places to visit in the world, however will be booking to come back here next year and there is lots to do in the area.

Stay away from this apartment hotel. Yes I expected basic but not dirty!  The fridge and air conditioning units are ANCIENT! You have to pay for air conditioning or rent fans. Cleaning consisted of having the very small bin emptied and towels changed once during the week, towels were not clean. Place is infested with ants so you can't use the surfaces for preparing food, kettle handle as broken. The bbq that they ise on a friday niht is stored outside at the back of the complex where it is accessable to the stray cats and falling leaves. The only saving grace for the apartments was the pool. We certainly won't go there again or recommend it to anyone else.

Ancient and dirty.Stay away!

having been to these appartments a couple of years ago we were prepared for what to expect , they are very basic not as well fitted out as any spanish appt the owners try to help if tou require anything ,The pool could do with a clean and if you are thinking of going take plenty of moskito repelants the whole area is teeming with them not just the appts but all the bushes have them ask rambo he warned us , the showers are useless either hot or cold but in the end as stated before you get what you pay for good luck

Every year without a doubt tosunoglu goes above and beyond I’ve been going 16 years now and would never change, the owners (mehmet and ebo) always make sure your needs are met and can have a good laugh with you and deal with any problems you may encounter straight away it’s always a fair price and you always get more than you paid for with the hospitality, dining + drink, entertainment and good company thank you so much for making every year more and more special. Not to mention the amazing views if that’s your thing. 

Best hotel by far

Came here for 11 nights and it was best and most memorable holiday we had! Ibo, Mehmet + rambos service were second to none they went above and beyond which made the holiday that extra bit special. I literally felt like part of the family! It is a lovely family run hotel so friendly and felt at home.
 Basic and clean rooms with all the utensils you need for self catering. There was plenty of sun loungers to be had and the pool is big and spacious! Rambo's food is delicious! He's always smiling even after working long hours! The turkish night was amazing! The food was cooked by ibo on the bbq and must say it was outstanding and the rice his wife and mother makes wow chefs kiss! It was lovely to see the family around the bar and pool area they always greet you and make sure your OK! I will definitely be returning year after year its a home away from home.

Well what can I say all bad reviews are not warranted we are still here and loving every minute memhet Rambo and other brother can’t do enough for you I would definitely be back such a friendly place yes basic but that’s all you need

Avoid place is dirty no clean towels bedding for 2 weeks no Wi-Fi cupboards are thick with dirt beds all stained shower was like a drip leaking toilet stairs in pool twice fell apart bar area has 8 cats running about wouldn’t give it a star rating owner more interested sitting drinking at bar watching football jet2 not interested in all the pictures I sent them don’t go near it it’s like a retirement home
