Additional utility bills for water and electricity are paid based on meter readings. At check-in, the current meter readings are recorded; at check-out, updated meter readings are recorded, taking into account the guests' accommodation. You will need to pay the difference in the readings.

Guests who arrive earlier than the check-in time can enjoy the property's semi-olympic common pool, tennis court, indoor fitness center and children's playground. Also guests can benefit from the mentioned facilities after the check-out time. Please inform Paradise Town Villa Hazel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
