Let's be honest the week including all 450 e per person, plane included, we can't even ask for the moon! (we stayed there for 7 days, and we were there for real rest) The staff especially the entertainment and the bar very nice. The household really not top, but the beds were comfortable and clean. The food very simple, no fruit, just last night some local specialties, the dishes are not varied, thankfully 2.3 very nice salads. The most amazing is the management of this restaurant that doesn't consider its guests, no cordial exchanges, the son spends time wandering around the establishment with the pulling has a level that doesn't match its establishment, a funny show in this hotel!

We booked four days in the family all exclusive on the way home from the room everything was dirty towels the sheets the bed mattresses the pillows full of dust hair from all over the hair there were also mold in the shower going to the restaurant you had to wait 30 minutes to eat you had to queue it is unacceptable we found that the food was not varied at all the tastes of the food was horrible and inedible it was very cold at the level of the fruits there were only pastries and no drink you had to ask for a bottle of water to drink there were also no mold in the shower so there were no very dirty swimming pools the floors had a reception of smoke a second one was obliged to pull out the glass and then there was nothing really dirty to eat the hotel it was not a horrible day and there was no hyperactivity in the kitchen

The worst hotel in the world

It's a bad hotel if you can call it a bad hotel. c a dirty campsite, green pool, room plus ke degueu, restaurant and well the queue started 30 minutes before the start of the hour and kel meal!!! we preferred to go out to dinner so kon atait en all in!!! bad pool where you can catch all the diseases of the world, no animation, no activity, garbage part. they assigned me the room that at 11:30 ct so degueu (ke g fair the management myself) on all the plans ke I took off the next day at 10 o'clock so kon had booked for a week!!!

It's not a hotel, it's a dirty hostel, with no one unqualified. The rooms are frosty even after cleaning. The cloths and cleaning products smell bad. The pool is frosty even if the leather comes from it. At the reception, we don't even speak to you. We were given a room that didn't contain a bed!!!!! The people who work there don't even feel mastery and are depraved. The restaurant is frosty even the smell of the dishes, the dishes. The dishes are mediocre and not good. The bars only have a kind of hot drink and hot plus. All the bars don't bloat. It's inclusive, it's not even a right to inspect.

A good place for health inspection

Dear fellow countrymen, don't take a tour of this hotel! Enough of us being there. Learn from others' mistakes. It's bad, hot and air conditioned. There's constantly a loud music full of crap. Most people are from third countries. Hungry or over-eating, but there's a line at the restaurant. Whoever doesn't make it is late.

You don't have to go there!

We had booked a stay on 05/08/16 and paid a down payment (not the choice) and then a case of force majeure forced to cancel on 29 August 2016 or 6 months from the date of departure! What a surprise we were to discover an invoice with a charge of the entire down payment! After a call at the end of which we were to be recalled asking for explanations and refunds, we remember again but nothing to do! We were loyal customers but at first glance it was not taken into account! Conclusion: we will not leave with SUNWEB but with real commercial tour operators and morality pay attention to these expensive sites but at least you are losing!

A bunch of thieves!

We stayed at this hotel from 24/6 to 01/07/2013 with FORMULA ALL INCLUSIVE THE ZONE: It's very air-conditioned, but the phone is not in the room and the TV is paid for (even if the catalog is very nice, but it's run very badly!) THE ENVIRONMENT: it's mostly Tunisian, few foreign tourists. All the staff can't speak English, only one or two entertainers speak little Italian, it's hard to understand.

It's a disaster!

THE structure is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The rooms are not a big cha and since the night was late, every morning we found a guy in the room, about 10/11 who, without knocking, opened with the pass partout and said oaaa, sorry madame et monsieur and left. The food was bad, even at the most squishy train stalls you eat like this! With a full pension, in a week we ate maybe three times, then went to restaurants and taverns where you ate very well and spent little.

Twenty years have passed and nothing has changed from what I read

Unfortunately, I wanted to change the structure..............NOT THEY HAVE NEVER MAKE!!! 1- the food, I love the Tunisian cuisine, unapproachable......always the same things, the fruit for a week only, the meat seen with the lantern. 2- the cleaning was practically nonexistent, in the dining room the dirtiest, dirtiest glasses, flies and dead wasps food and inside the rooms, there was never a clean towel, but I never found in the paper towels, but I used to collect a few of my towel pads!
