Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Royal in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property does not have lifts. All floors are accessible by stairs only. There are no laundry machines on property but guests can send laundry out to be returned next day. Guests may check in until 21:00. Guests arriving later may check in via detailed self check in instructions. This is a smoke free property and all rooms are non-smoking. If a guest smokes in the room the guest will be charged a fee. You will need to provide a credit for payment. Hotel Royal will charge the credit card on file for the entire cost of the reservation at the time of booking. Parking is provided for one vehicle per room. The property will provide guests with a parking pass to use throughout their stay. If the parking pass is not returned upon check out, the property will charge the parking pass replacement price of 95 USD. There are service fees of 2.9% when the guest use card to pay for booking.
