Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at Riverwalk in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This building briefly tests the fire alarms on the last Friday of each month. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are 8 additional stairs after exiting the elevator. You may encounter noise from nearby nightlife, train tracks, and construction. Construction noise is present 7 am to 6pm. We do not offer daily cleaning. The on-site garage has limited parking spaces and a rate of 40 USD per night. We do not manage this parking garage, however, guests are welcome to use it and pay separately.
