Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Fees

• Pet fee: GBP 20 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: GBP 90.0 per day
