This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note after booking you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID and a copy of the credit card used to make the booking. Kindly note the lead guest is liable for any damages made to the property during their stay, and will be charged for damages where applicable.
