A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, including terraces and balconies. The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. Monday and Tuesday until 4:00 p.m. Arrivals outside these hours have to check-in at the reception of IG Nachosol Atlantic, located at Av. de Fuerteventura, 15. "
