Rus vatandaşlarının varışta orijinal bir geçerli Rus pasaportuna sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.

Check-in is only possible with a passport or a document replacing it (birth certificate for guests under 14 years old). Please note that check-in with a foreign passport is not possible for citizens of the Russian Federation.

Guests under 14 years old are allowed to check-in accompanied by a legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) or an adult accompanying person. The legal representative must provide documents confirming the degree of kinship (passport, birth certificate, guardianship decree). The accompanying person must provide consent* from one of the parents, allowing joint accommodation at the hotel, and copies of the pages of the legal representative's passport (spread with data and photograph, pages with information about children).

Guests aged 14 to 18 must have a written consent* from one of their legal representatives (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) to check in, allowing independent check-in at the hotel, as well as copies of the legal representative's passport pages (pages with data and a photograph, pages with information about children).*The consent can be written in free form by hand and does not require notarization.

Foreign guests or stateless persons must provide the documents required for migration registration upon check-in: a passport with a valid Russian visa and a migration card. The fee for the provision of the data transfer service for migration registration is paid additionally.

You can leave your things for storage at the reception desk for an additional fee, as well as purchase a hygiene kit and slippers.

A room is booked within the selected category, without reference to the floor and a specific room number.
