Rules:

No smoking from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM;

Smoking, including hookah, cigarettes, vapes, iQOS and other smoking devices inside the house is strictly prohibited;

It is prohibited to be intoxicated with drugs and to abuse alcohol excessively;

It is prohibited to wear street shoes in the house;

It is prohibited to use any pyrotechnics, as well as confetti and firecrackers on the territory and in the house;

Guests are asked to leave order, clean dishes, barbecue accessories after themselves;

It is prohibited to light sparklers, candles in the house, they are intended for decoration;

A strictly specified and agreed number of people can be present and live in the house;

It is prohibited to move and use barbecues, grills near the house, including on the terraces;

It is prohibited to store flammable materials, firearms, liquids, materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of residents and the safety of property in the house;

The tenant agrees to the rules of living in the house. With fire safety requirements and the use of electrical appliances.

The security deposit is returned provided that the house is not heavily soiled, things are in their places, there is no garbage or traces of smoking, and no damage has been caused to the property.

The use of the bathing tub is paid for on site. Tub usage is available for a fee of RUB 6000.00. Guests are asked to inform in advance if they want to use the tub, as it takes several hours to heat it up. For cooking barbeque, the facility has 2 grates and skewers, coals and kindling must be brought by guests individually.
