A prepayment of 30% of the cost of booking. Payment is made by reference within 6 hours after booking. Free cancellation is not possible.

Within 3 hours after booking, guests must inform the host in writing of their full name, date of birth, series of passport number, full name of guests, number of children, number and weight of pets (maximum two), availability of veterinary passports, number of cars for parking at the house, email address and contact phone number. If the host party does not provide the specified data within 12 hours, the booking will be canceled automatically.

From 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM curfew.

Cost of additional services:

Accommodation for a child aged 5 to 9 years — RUB 2000.00 per day.

Accommodation of a pet weighing up to 10 kg — RUB 1000.00 per day, with a weight of 10 to 20 kg — RUB 2000.00 per day.

For 2 hour of sauna — RUB 2000.00. Firewood is provided.

For dirty dishes and garbage at check-out + RUB 750.00.

Late, after 06:00 PM, check-in + RUB 250.00 for an incomplete hour.
