Front desk doesn't work around-clock. In case of check-in after 11 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A resort fee is included in the total price displayed.
• Up to 2 children 4 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

• Pet fee: PLN 20 per pet, per night
• Late check-out fee: PLN 50.00
• Rollaway bed fee: PLN 50.00 per day
