In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of NZD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
