1 Nisan 2021 itibariyle yabancı turistler için VISITAX yürürlüğe giriyor. 224 Meksika Pesosu (ya da kişi başı 10 ABD Doları) tutarındaki ödeme http://visitax.gob.mx/ web portalı üzerinden yapılabilir. Yabancı turistler, Quintana Roo'da kaldıkları süre öncesinde veya konaklamaları sırasında ödeme yapabilirler. Ayrılmadan önce havaalanında ödeme belgesi ibraz edilmelidir.

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the villa prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Weekly housekeeping provided; additional cleaning fee: USD 500 per day
